What is premature ventricular contractions (PAC, PJC, PVC)?
Premature ventricular contractions, premature atrial contractions, or premature junctional contractions (PVC, PAC, PJCs) are extra heartbeats that contract earlier than normal. They disrupt the regular rhythm of the heart, and may cause patients to feel a skipped beat or palpitation in the chest.
In this video you will also learn how to interpret heart rhythms on EKG Strips and how to tell the difference between rhythms.
For more information on premature contractions (PAC, PJC, PVC),

If you guys are having anxiety or stress like me, it may be causing your PVC... certain thoughts can make your heart accelerate so what I would recommend and hopefully it may be a long term solution to this problem is to go for walks or do moderate exercises just to relieve yourself a little... I pray to Jesus that y'all get better and overcome these things 🙏🏼💯

I have felt this simce 2008 I thought of all possible diseases in the world.. Started in my early 20s. As if it was hormome induced thing... Today im 35 and still alive. Smoking and drinking (which i will stop) I noticed an extreme boom feeling for a fraction of a second and sometimrs a flutter. The less frequent, the more i notice the force. Im no more worried about this and not afraid to die anymore. This has caused me the worlds biggest stress... And i ran to 100s of cargiologists just to listen them say - its all in yiur mind, there is no structural issue with your heart

11 years ago, at the age of 39, I started taking magnesium for my PVCs and PACs, which were 24/7 and started at the age of 19. Maddening, and doctors would always tell me PACs and PVCs were almost always harmless. But the stress from these are NOT harmless (and the fact that all of my immediate relatives have died from heart issues isn’t comforting). Magnesium worked like a charm. Now I only get them if I’m tired, have anxiety, or am dehydrated.

I don't drink caffeine, I lower my carb intake because when I eats lots of carbs I get multiple pvcs, I have noticed a connection between my stomach and heart, when I eat a lot or have heart burn I notice an increase in them. I try to stay very well hydrated, lower my sugar and carb intake. I noticed doing those things decrease them plenty. and i do have GAD/PD/OCD so I try to cope with that as well and on my good days I barely have any. stress/anxiety, some foods and dehydration definitely with cause more pvcs.

I have had an echo which was normal aside from Trace tricuspid valve regurgitation.. I also have had right bundle branch block for a decade.... Just had a stress test aswell which was good... also have had tropin and heart failure blood testing which all came back normal.. my question is since I have right bundle branch block and trace tricuspid valve regurgitation which I told both were nothing to worry about but also having these PVCs and PACS everyday should I get any more tests done or should I just learn to live with them?
