I just went through a 64 second heart pause. A loop recorder caught it and I now have a pacemaker :)

I get like a extra beat followed by a small pause…dk if its a pac or a sinus pause

A regular rhythm with regular R-R followed by shorter R-R most likely a premature beat. Of course, we are just a channel and cant give medical advice. Should go check with PCP or cardiologist or call 911 if you have emergent symptoms!
