I like your videos when camping in winter snow 20 degrees and up do you still have your fresh water tank full or empty would like to see a video on that
Hello Chuck, I just realized that I did not respond to you. First, thank you for the kind comments and for following us and Subscribing to our channel. We do keep the fresh water tank full when traveling. I think the key is to maintain the interior EKKO temperature. I recommend 65 F. (+ -) a bit when its parked and your stepping away for a few hours. You can also run the Truma-water AquaGo in the ECO mode during this time. Just switch back to comfort mode when ready to demand instant hot water, like the shower use. I do have a tip coming in a new video. I'll keep you posted soon.
The secret to the short ribs, find an Asian market where they sell them. Typically they sell for less a pound and are unseasoned. Then pick yourself up your favorite bbq sauce etc. I typically go with the following. Hoisin Sauce, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, chili oil (dried chilis in oil), soy sauce, Yoshidas teriyaki sauce. Throw it all in a gallon size plastic bag. Rinse the ribs, toss in the bag and marinate for at least 12-24 hrs. You can even toss in some orange if you like. 💥boom, the grill.
