While those that don't have to pay go to jail for literally 5 grams if a witness comes and marks that person a dealer. Now this is the part that I just don't understand.. I guess when you pass kilos and go to tons territory, to rules of the game change. In my country 1 mil of euro or usd is the kind or money, that you could either invest into something easy and profitable or you could simply retire completely and just slowly not lavishly live and raise a family.
