Just got back from there. I agree with everything you said! Excellent review! The only other thing I would add was lack of any nightlife, but, I will definitely go back!! Great job sir👍

In "All Inclusive" does this include both restaurants.... including La Veranda? Did you have reasonable time access to Taxi or Uber type service for trips in town ?
question ? if ive paid for ocean view when i booked my flight will i get one ...ive read that they will charge you extra at the reception when booking in for that. Or am i covered.
When I did my trip, I booked everything through Expedia.com and also chose the ocean view which did cost a little more than garden view but I didn't have to pay any more money at check in since it was all included in my total package.
what room did you stay in, main section or one of the towers, I am thinking about the south tower above the 5th floor, what about water ? I hear you get one bottle ? per day, is that included
UtahPI main tower, 5th floor room 1503. we were approximately above the lobby. Yes, you get 1 bottle per guest, so we got 2. we also bought Powerade and water at Mega in town. the water looked ok coming from the faucets but we bought extra water to drink and brush teeth just to be safe since Mexican water has such a reputation.
this will be my first land based to Cozumel, always cruised into it. going to resort in couple of months the all inclusive plan for 10 nights. flying into Coz airport. watching your review several times now to pick up times. anything you might offer is appreciated, fess for different things like taxi or ? Have heard the south tower is a bit more updated. thanks!
UtahPI they seemed to be getting ready to do some updates on the South tower when we were there, noticed some different door locks on lower floors. can rides are only about 8 bucks US from the hotel to central San Miguel. the resort is a really chill place, lots of families and lots of Canadians, nothing against Canadians just seems to be a popular place for them.
UtahPI if you want to go to the really nice restaurant La Veranda at the resort, it's free but you can only get reservations for the day you want to go and you need to be in line downstairs at the activities desk at least by 7am to get good reservation times. they start taking reservations at 8am.
