About the song at the end of the video: once he said that because he can't monetize videos with songs with copyright, he uses two diffent songs of different companies just for the laughs
First of all you two are delightful together. Do a reaction on anybody any time, the two of you. Great. Just a note on the dualist pedal and El Estepario. I don't think it's a way for him to cover up for only using one hand. I believe what he's doing is using it to do double kick work while leaving his left foot free to do more complex musical things on the hi-hat. Something pretty much impossible-although who knows with El Estepaio-to do when both your feet are engaged in Mach 4 double bass work. Just saying.
Wow, thank you for this incredibly kind (and super helpful) comment!! We appreciate you very much! Completely get what you are saying, and Lolol to "Mach 4 double bass work"! 😂❤️🥷✌🏽
Okay, I don’t listen to Metallica, but watching this guy playing the drums was fascinating. I honestly thought, Jeremy, that you were coming out of your chair air-playing the guitar. Doesn’t that hurt your neck? So much to learn about how people enjoy this genre of music! I think Jillian could play cymbals…she’s got the moves!!!
Don't underestimate Lars. After all, he composed all of this. Without him there would be no metal as it is. Lars is a great composer and has great touch and groove, and doesn't waste his beats on excessive notes that will not add anything of value. It's not about the amount of notes, it's how well chosen and placed they are, and Lars has got it all!
@@musikbyjh to say he sucks tho ,have you heard master pf puppets and justice album, he inspired millions of people ,more than any other drummer in the world to learn how to play drums
@@vlmmosto9824what you need to understand is that we all are entitled to our opinions. Simply because you influence generations of people, does NOT automatically mean you’re wildly talented. Did he play drums? Yes. Are the songs he was part of, iconic?…yes. But do I feel he is a good drummer? Absolutely not. I’ve seen, and played with AMAZING drummers. He is NOT that. As I said in the video, I’ve even toured with them. I’ve had first hand experience of many rehearsals. I’ve seen things that most regular music consumers can never get close to. As I stated, I’m entitled to my opinion. It is formulated from lots of experience. Also, he was 100% right about Napster. As a teen, I was mad at him for it…but as I got wiser, I realized he was right a LONG time ago. My opinion of his drumming has zero to do with Napster.
Of course he can play it straight and boring to perfection. So what, 10,000 other good drummers can do the same thing. EES is creative and creates other ways to get the same sounds. If you want to watch a good drummer that plays it straight like you're listening to the original, listen to Sina drums. The young girl is from Germany and she's incredible but sounds like the original.
