Filipinos are the most emotional performers in any field from singing, dancing, even shadow playing. They express those emotions and channel it into a great performance, that's what makes them different from other Asian countries that's why they are indeed so talented
This message is very timely and accurate for today's global crisis. Let us be more aware and mindful to help mother earth to preserve it to next generation. 🙏🙏

No need for a narration to express the meaning of their act unlike any other shadow dancers. El Gamma Penumbra is the best! They just let their shadows do the talk and capture the soul and emmotions of every people.
Let us just say that Anggun is the winning judge this season. All her golden buzzers go to El Gamma and bring home the Championship. Congrats El Gamma and Anggun.
I wish they will join AGT: The Champions. Seen acts like these on that show but they're extra ordinary, I mean they are stand out. The message is so clear compared to the other ones' doing this kind of act.
Not being biased here as well but I totally agree with you. Both El Gamma's frame by frame, and frame to frame transition, are at least a few notch better than silhouettes. They have little to no process time, has superior choreography and features far more surprise factor. Meanwhile silhouettes eats a lot of their performance for the process time alone and has several "???" moments. I would really love to see El Gamma on AGT: Champions as well
But the best shadow act in my opinion is Attraction from bgt. Elgamma penumbra is the second best to me. Attraction is more polished. But i do agree on them being better than Silhouettes.
But tbh it's probably because they're older and more experienced since a few generations has gone through the shilouttes and they aren't the same group

This tells us that the most dangerous living things in the world are us humans, who tend to do everything even though it will destroy the world we live in because of the knowledge humans acquire which keeps on evolving, but this also tells us that we as humans are the ones that can save the world if we truly unite and casting out the selfishness and greed to knowledge and power.

Very very good performance! I originally came from the Philippines but I`m already based in Europe for almost 18 years. The message is perfect because there are many Filipinos who take the mother nature for granted. I cried watching this. Everyone should learn something from this :-))) CONGRATULATIONS and hats off to your magnificent performance!

Indeed, Mean Ming. I also have just seen Silhouette, but, somehow I feel El Gamma Penumbra has such better (if not, superior & ethereal) creative inspiration and talent, grace and artistry. Their act is simply magical!
Actually you can't blame Filipino's commenting that they are so proud of being a Filipino because the video is about the Philippines. Unless you see them commenting to other not Philippine video and saying "proud to be Filipino" then that would be so bad.

Even though they depicted events that recently happened to their country, I think it resonated with every country that watched their performance. It transcended barriers and differences between cultures and truly had a message which everyone values.

After watching Piliin Mo ang Pilipinas, which brought me to tears because I miss to travel then this performance of El Gamma was excellent and very touching.
