👩‍🍳 The traditional recipes of the Serrallo have a thousand and one secrets; luckily Nuri Bordas decides to share them when it comes to preparing an excellent arrossejat.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 'Arrossejat' (fish rice) for 4 people:
🌾 For the 'arrossejat' (rice):
2 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
1.2 litres of fish stock
400 gr. of Marisma variety rice
Salt
🥣 🐟 For 1.5 litres of fish stock:
500 gr. of mixed fish (with crabs or mantis shrimps)
1 small onion
2 tomatoes
1 leek
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoonful of sweet red pepper
half a small glass of wine
