That was not 200m she was running in training. That was about 120m. But Elaine did look like she was floating effortlessly along the track in that training clip.

Ran right through the line with com comfortable speed...yeah she did looked a lot lighter than she had in a while and looked like the 2021 power is coming back she looked technically great before but a bit more delicate in recent years, she looking smooth, light and powerful here....That said, hopefully they both can push each other to get that WORLD RECORD! Gold and Silver we getting here....

Here knees are coming up, her cycle looks a lot more fluid than last year when she ran that 10:79 but her frequency looks “ok” which isn’t bad at this time of the year

The 2 bills stepped up since she left. However, she has a top end speed second to none. She will have to run 21.2 to take double. Not a tall order for Elaine if she stays focused. She is a spectacle to behold when she is relaxed!

Ever since Sha'carri won the 100 meters, it seems like to me all the Jamaican women playing possum this year. Shericka, the only one that has run. No one seems to want anyone to know how fast they really can run. So what's the point. I won't be surprised if none of them run until it's almost time for the Olympics, and even then, they not going actually not going to run their best. Trying to hide their best time for the Olympics.

T....I know you're expecting this so here goes 🤣🤣.. Remember when you saw the 10 second short of Antonio Watson jogging with Seville and you concluded that he could be thinking of doing the 100/200m??? The same thing applies here. You CANT look at a few seconds video and get too excited. Have to wait until she puts it on the track in a real race. I know you really want to see our athletes (especially Elaine) do well, but you really should save your excitement for when you see more.
