Elan Valley Cycling with AICC 2019 

I supported a cycle ride through Elan Valley in Wales, the day was brilliant, the weather was just right and the riders were strong. There was a mix of rider from all over the UK, riding either 60 miles with 6,000 feet elevation or 100 miles with 10,000 feet elevation, a tough day.
