We have stayed here a million times and never knew that the couch turned into a bed! We have been tossing the idea around, of having you guys over one of these times we stay here and cook you dinner. It's a future/open-ended invitation! The newly remodeled rooms are a nice refresher for the property. Great location and being connected to the mall is really nice. Thanks for the tour Alan!
That sounds like a great idea and I would definitely be down. My girlfriend, on the other hand, has a hard time leaving the Casinos 🤣 The Midlife Ride can attest to that.
@@LasVegasandBeyond we will bring her down some leftovers at Planet Hollywood. Lol 😆 🤣. The pool is also great. Family pool. But still has a nice and mellow vegas vibe.

@@DaleMcKenzie It’s managed by Hilton Grand Vacations Club. They also have a property behind the Flamingo, another next to Westgate(off of Karen Ave.)and one on LV Blvd just south of the Las Vegas Festival Grounds
We stayed there for my 30th birthday and really loved it. The projector was cool, nice big tub and kitchen plus washer and dryer is always great to have 💙 Awesome tour Alan and great editing as always 😘👍
I’ll be staying there February 5th-9th. First time in Las Vegas so I’m very excited! Thank you for the tour, I have a better idea of what to expect once I arrive 👍🏽

@@LasVegasandBeyond We like the Signature. It's a little more quiet, a small pool at tower #1, but connected by a pedway to MGM and you have access to all the pools there if you want more sights. Some complain about the walk, but it's less than 10 minutes to reach the middle of the MGM casino floor.
Really well done, Alan. Now we know why you were up there so long! I'm going to have to watch this one many, many times to figure out exactly where you put the camera for each of the shots. Hopefully I'll never be alone for a room tour again, but I'd like to learn how to film one this way just in case.
Thank you, but I didn't realize how challenging it would be because of the room facing South, the low light areas, and the mixed "color temperature" (Chris will explain) I do have an idea for the next room tour I do,
@@LasVegasandBeyond You're welcome to practice in any room we book on the next trip. So far, just Carriage House. It won't be an exciting room, but at least the location is decent. I am glad our video won't be out for a while because it would be so embarrassing to release close to yours. Will have to let people forget that great quality so mine doesn't look so horrible :)
Thanks and although I didn’t review the property, we’ve had good experiences with Hilton Grand Vacation Resorts. plus you have the Miracle Mile Shops which offers a variety of Dining options.
Dang you own a timeshare . No judgement here . That was funny that you were so open about it . I’m a Hilton Honors member . I didn’t even know this property existed. I liked the roller shades , and the view . I definitely would stay here 👏 # VCC
Hi Tracy. We do and usually use it when we go to Hawaii, or Orlando. Lately, we use it when we have Relatives come into town and they want to stay on The Strip.
Thank you Gene for watching and commenting. If I recall, HGVC has 5 Timeshare properties in Vegas 1) Elara, 2) Flamingo - actually behind hit 3) LV Blvd - next to the Festival Grounds 4) Next to the Westgate and 5) a few floors inside Trump.
You are cracking us up in the bathroom. Good thing it has a phone in case you fall in and can't get up. And, you'd need a really small behind to sit on the shelf in the shower.
Hi Betty and thank you for watching and commenting. I checked the room rate, for Mid-Week, when nothing was going on in Las Vegas and was quoted $190. That price is tolerable.
@@bettyward8389 You’re not cheap, your cost conscious which is very smart. I like the FOUR QUEENS and have stayed there plenty of times before moving here.
I like Kitchens when we are staying at the beach for a week. But, I have never had a desire to cook while visiting Vegas. It was very nice, but I could never afford that price. You'd definitely have to be a timeshare owner. Andy & Simone have stayed there, as they are Owners.
So with fees and taxes, non-weekend rate of a bit over $400 a night, indeed pricey but kitchen + clothes washer are big pluses. With the coming recession and Resorts World and upcoming Fountaine Bleau set to open dumping thousands more rooms on the market Vegas is in for price corrections in 2023.
You are “spot on” @TheZzzleep on both accounts. Resort Fees are $25 and the Occupancy tax is about 13.4%. I did check midweek for the middle of May and found a $190 rate.
