Our #ProteusExcalibur proudly guided the way to Kinetic Lighting's open house event titled "Thursday Night Lights".
The new feature is built into the latest firmware for the Proteus Excalibur. Accessible via the menu display, It allows one of the units to be the leader of a group of fixtures to work together to create the famous sky tracker searchlights which are typical in a Hollywood movie premiere.
An excellent way for production and AV rental companies to offer to their clients that do not require an additional controller or lighting knowledge.

Pretty useful, especially in situations where programming isn’t feasible or available. And the Excalibur is well suited to the task. Now if only it had a fatter beam, I’d stop using Syncros or Falcon Beams and make the switch… 🤔

Pretty pricey for such low power. The small 2k skytracker (which also requires no programming) would blow these out of the water. Was really hoping to be impressed. 😕

I'm the voice you hear there. The fixture is almost comparable to a 7k xenon in visual output. We compared it also the 3k, it is brighter in the air. Dont be fooled by the Wattage, these are the brightest IP65 moving head you can buy at this time. The whole point is how energy efficient this is, with comparable output. Most skytracker sysems are 2k or 4k xenons, this will be very comparable.
