Elden Ring - 8 of The Strongest END GAME ARMORS You Don't Want To Miss! Elden Ring Best Armor Sets

Some timestamps for all of u ppl: 0:22 - Black Knife set 2:02 - Veteran's set 3:08 - Crucible knight set 5:10 - Azur's set / Lusat's set 8:28 - Raging Wolf set (and plenty of other sets that you get in process of completing this quest) 9:42 - Hoslow's set 10:28 - Night's Cavalry set (+ancient dragon smithing stone)

If you destroy the chariots before getting to the crucible knights youll get another armor set called the tree sentinels set Its also another great set. Before you run up the platform past the final chariot you can drop down where you see a body hanging off the edge. keep dropping down until you get on one of the two bottom platforms and walk across until you get to the other side. Go into the new area and hit the fire column it will go up and cause the chariots to collide once all 3 collide you get the armor set. they will not respawn.

The amount of crazy hidden steps needed to get those two mage sets are mind-boggling, that and the way you have to find Mohg, or the Prince of Death encounter, just speaks to how absolutely massive this game is, while actively hiding so much of it form you.

If you're looking for armor with good poise/weight ratio, I also recommend Blaidd's set which you get through Ranni's questline, as well as the Mausoleum Knight armor set which can be farmed off the knight in front of Black Knife Catacombs.

For Black Knife's armor. You don't need to have all armor equip to have the unique skill activated. You only need to wear the armor and you can mix helm, boots, gloves with anything you like and still have the unique skill of being stealth.

You can destroy the chariots for the Tree Sentinel set by equipping and using Margit's Shackle when you turn the corner to the second set of chariots. It somehow activates the fire pillar and you'll receive both the armor set and the Holy Ground ash of war for shields.

I have a habit of splitting my priority 70/30 on looks to stats even though I'm only at 60% equip load, this video has helped me get looks to highest priority

Once you get to the three chariot room, you can hide in that recess in the ramp on the right side going down, use margits or moghs shackle and it triggers the pedestal to destroy the chariots without all the extra trekking.

The Night's Calvary set is also hands down one of the most Berserk/Guts accurate armor if you're trying to complement that heavy greatsword you find in Caelid. Used to rock it with my STR build pre-patch before I whored myself out to a dex-int-fai build.

One of my favourite early- to mid-game armour sets is banished knight armour. Relatively easy to farm from banished knights, starting from stormveil castle, and later there's a knight patrolling around dragon communion church in Caelid

In the same place you get the Crucible Axe set you can also get the Tree Sentinel set by making the charots colide. There's also the other variant of the Crucible Knight set, the Crucible Tree set which you get in the Deeproots Depths in a chest behind a Crucible Knight Seluria boss

tip for niall's knight summons, use the bewitching branch to turn them against him

Worth mentioning. You must assist sellen and not invade her in order to get the glintstone armor pieces

The Cuckoo Knight Armor set is a classic Old School no frills Armor set - takes a bit to farm all of it, but worth it. Decent stats and looks great.

for the Black Knife set only the body armor gives the sound remove and when u remove the cape of it (the shadow) you loose the buff. The black Knife set is one of my fav.

I love the fact that the last 3 "strongest sets" are in the list because they look badass. I guess Charisma is a strong secret stat

I use Vulgar Militia,Blaidds legs,confessor gloves,and the lords remains helmet as my armor set up. And typically have been using the godskin peeler. I really enjoy the way it looks together

maliketh chest armor, gauntlets and leg armor paired with the sanguine noble helm looks quite good imo. both have similar black with gold accents

one thing I wanted to add you are using that black knife armor if you equip the Talisman that allows you to go invisible when you crouch you will love it. there is so much Synergy between those two items that is a crime not to pair them together. it's also worth noting like true Elden ring fashion they normally don't Place items randomly so if anyone is having trouble with that City where you get the actual armor set it will help you a lot if you equipped it especially mixing it with the talisman and a century torch so you can see the invisible black knife assassins. you just avoid those guys because you can see them and then when you get on the roof you can go invisible so The Archers have a harder time pinning you down especially considering they cannot hear you

I found the fingerprint stone shield which is the best greatshield for strength build player like me. At default, it has a 100% physical damage negation and 81% guard boost(stamina depletion) negation. But once fully upgraded, it has a 90% guard boost which means I barely lose stamina when I guard myself against bosses attacks. I was able to tank end game bosses with this greatshield and I beat the game today after 90 hours. It does have a strength requirement of 48 though, so it's best suited for strength builds/classes

Found a cheese method for the 2 guys knights. If you drag the fight on untill the carriage is far enough away it glitches the horseman out and he starts slowly walking towards the carriage allowing you to hit him a few times then he aggros for like 2 seconds then glitches again so repeat. Once horse is killed he slow walks backwards so just horfrost stomp him to death. Repeat for both horseman.

Nights Cavalry armor is my favorite set in the game. It looks so badass, and it's actually a pretty good set so win-win.

The nameless eternal city underground if you horse ride to the far left of the map there a wind spiral jump in it go forward , theres a burnt down tree . You then fight the easy boss just spam him with basic magic running about on horse back . Inside the tree at the back is a chest inside that theres crucible tree armour ranks higher than the sentinel armour

The only worthwhile armor for mages are the head pieces since those are the only pieces thatll do anything for you, otherwise youre still better off wearing actual medium/heavy armor to give you some poise and damage negation. Personally use Lusats head with either Raging Wolf, Carian Knight or Blaidds gear, because other than making you look like Mysterio, its fashionable.

Not sure if you missed it or just didn't bring it up but when you were getting the Crucible Axe Set if instead of running up to the boss door you fall down over the ledge onto some support beams and then walk through that area and solve the puzzle you can kill all the iron chariots which will reward you with the Tree Sentinel Set. Looks pretty nice and well compared to the Crucible Axe Set it's 8.1 weight heavier but has a higher dmg negation, especially against slash and fire dmg, and resistance.

I'm so mad I killed Snakeman before I finished the invasions. Those armours are slick

Night Cavalry Steed should be an available skin for Torrent. Lore vise it also makes sense as both are spectral/phantom steeds.

Dammitt. I screwed myself out of those 2 manor armors because I stumbled into rykard and ate his lunch while doing those quests. Would have like that wolf set.

You can also use Margot’s shackle to mess with the chariots if use it after the first one under the arch with a light when the second one is in range I think

I play pure sorc but love the Black Knife Set, I never really paid attention to my armor other than cosmetic so I loved it at first sight. Then I thought my game was broken when I stopped hearing sounds while I rolled and ran. This saved me so much time in Farum Azula because I could just run through the sleeping dragons on their tiny platforms lol.

If you continue Patches quest line into Volcano Manor he will offer you a kill letter. This will net you the Bull-Goat armor set one of the heaviest sets.

there is one armor set you missed, I would suggest you add the tree guardian armor set. it's found in the same tomb the crucible armor, all you need to do is wait in an enclave by that ramp system where the two chariots are going up and down next to eachother. if you wait in an enclave down on the final flat area before the arch, a couple of minutes a 3rd chariot will spawn, and all 3 will hit eachother destroying eachother. when that happens you get the full tree knight armor set. which while heavy (it's like 73lbs) is easily the best pure armor set i've found thus far in the game against pretty much everything. it also looks badass, if you take off the helmet. it looks like something a space marine might wear from warhammer 40k, if they made golden space marine armor

Crucible knight armor sets are my favorites.

Do note that both headpieces only affect a single spell each, but increase the mana cost of ALL spells. Azur's Crown affects "Comet Azur", while Lusat's Crown affects "Stars of Ruin"

for me as a melee the black knife armor is the one best armor for one simply reason. to be completly noisless is super usefull. running through enemies or into a back of someone instead of slow crouching is wonderfull. so much that i deleted the key in the optoions.

Ah man I really thought somebody would mention it but one of the coolest looking imo is lorettas set piece it has good magic and melee defence definitely worth looking into but u gotta go to hailege tree (or what ever it is called ) and beat her real form there and that's how u get that armor if u have it one tip go to snowy region and equip and see how much cooler it looks there

What about the Banded knight armor set? This set locks amazing and had great stets too. South West of caelid at this dragon Church you can farm it from the banned knights there. Im pretty mutch on the End and this armor still rocks.

The black knife armor ability to muffle your sound is attached to only the chest. No need for the whole set 😁

im happy to say after 1.5 weeks of grinding and progress im finally able to watch this end game video :)

After helping the sorceress fight, talk to her after the battle, then after gettting all the armor go back to Rennala room and collect the head gear and also talk to her again.. this time she is different 😅

You don't need to use the full Black Knife armor to get the muffeld effect, all you need is to equip the chest piece!! I use it every know and then, and combine it with some better protecting gloves, boots and helmet.

The end of Sellens Questline is jsut so tragic and fucked up. I thought it was cool that you could get rif of Rennala (we defeated her anyway and maybe Sellen could take over as reincarnation Vendor) But nope, she becomes a giant magical something that suffers for all eternity

If your going for the last armor (black armor) make sure to look for them at night they eont spawn in day.

For me best armour statwise is tree sentinel armor Look wise is Maliketh armour Best early game armour is cleanrot armor And best looking headgear is elden Lord head ring nd wolf mask.......

If your trying to find the best looking amor in my opinion it’s Blaidds armor you get it after completing Rannis quest line and returning to Rannis rise it’s probably the longest quest line in the game but it’s worth it.

for the mage build, I found that the cat imp head with the azur robe is better than the azur head. But i didnt realize the full armor set buffs your comet azur spell so i'll have to try that

imo the clean rot armor set is one of the best looking ones in the game, but it can take a little while to get because you have to farm for random drops. Great early, and mid to early late game armor. I use it for my NG+ where stats just carry at that point.

I like the Crucible Tree set the best, the helm and armor are different, but the gauntlets and greaves are the same.

I have both mage sets and the ranni witch set lol, I honestly prefer it as it looks awesome when I use frost spells and my wing of astel blade

You only need the chest piece of the Black Knife Assassin set on to have your footsteps muted. Dats what I do and it definitely works. Amazing armor!

These armor sets are good, but if you really want the best for stats, get the Banished Knight armor set. You can farm it by killing the banished knight in the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid.

I really like the raging wolf set, but I messed up and I skipped it by accident. I’ll have to remember it for when I do NG+1

Actually, you can replace the Commander Niall Armour with the tree sentinel Armour if you like having poise. It gives you 82 based poise compared to 80. Not a huge change but just a suggestion.

I need those first and last sets!! What do you think of the Banished Knight armor? I got Hoslow's and went to equip it and it was worse in every way except weight lol. I don't see any YT channels mentioning the banished knight set but it's pretty good imo

When you fight Niall, only kill the soldier with the dual swords. He enrages if you kill both. The one with the shield is slow and can be easily avoided. Leave him alive and he wont fly around doing peg legged lightning kicks.

3:15 there is a stronger version of this amor into the deep roots near fia questline. in the northwest of the map you have a boss to defeat who give you his weapon and behind him is a chest where is the stronger version of the crucible axe amor set. For everyone who want it :)

Outside of Immunity stats, armor is useless. Just wear whatever looks good to you.

Crucible Axe armor was my NG end game armor. But the only stylish one I saw in this video was what the owl ninja cape with the demon mask. Now those are some nice looking threads.

Double bonus armor, if you farm the banished knight protecting the dragon cathedral until you get his whole set it's so good. Better than rahdans set in a lot of ways. Edit: Buying commander Niall's set in the roundtable hold will get you the best non-fatboy armor in the game. However Im only at the tornado spot so there may be better.

Do you need a whole armor set for the passive effects of the outfits to take place? Or does wearing a set give you even more of a bonus?
