Elden Ring DLC - Bayle the Dread Glitch! (Kill Without Any Damage)

Yesterday I killed Bayle using this strategy, just a few tips: 1. Whenever you recast Unsen Form also recast the dagger weapon art, and do it without moving an inch. 2. Don't wait until your stamina is depleted, it may be to late, even if it's a hassle, I recasted them whenever my stamina was about a 50% 3. Don't recast them when you are behind Bayle, you don't need it, do it before aproaching him, after that you won't move, so he won't notice you.

im using all the same items as you and i follow all the steps and everytime i enter the arena he always sees me

Do not need to crouch!!!!! You can run along the wall just make to recast behind him, was much more easier running

Thank you very much, it’s incredible, it works really well, there is just need to redo unseen form once after being short of stamina, he does not see us anymore after, because every time I did it another time, even being motionless, he could see me. And I put the armor of the black knives for style.

Was waiting for this, easily 2nd hardest fight in the dlc

My recommendation if you’re struggling, is to sprint along the side as this won’t trigger anything. Then when your partially on the side and partially behind him apply assassins gambit first, every time i reapplied unseen form he spotted me. So assassins gambit then unseen form. Then right before you move in towards him I’d reapply both effects and crouch towards him.

What I did was use assassin's gambit in the arena first, and then use the unseen spell, rinse and repeat until you get to the back of the boss. Using the spell first would aggro the boss for me. Hopes this helps for anyone having similar issues!

did the patch fix that 2nd phase will still initiated?

Guys you can use unseen form while moving (you obviously have to have it on before you go through mist) u can use slowly walking BEHIND HIM SPECIFICALLY and it’ll work

I don't know why but after a minute or two of poison mist my character suddenly stands up?

Działa! Również na NG+. Autor nie o wszystkim istotnym wspomniał, stąd nieporozumienia. Ważne by mieć jednocześnie nałożony gambit i niewidzialność - OBA, i to już przed wejściem do bosa. Wtedy można pod ścianą nawet biec, nie trzeba się skradać. Kiedy jest się już pod ścianą od strony ogona (gdzieś po dwóch cyklach nałożenia niewidzialności i gambitu), ważne by zbliżać się do smoka na kucaka i nie podnosić się. Podchodząc od tyłu już nie trzeba mieć nałożonych gambitu i niewidzialności. Przy ogonie zacząć PIECZĘCIĄ kopcić trucizną. Można to robić nie wstając, a co ważniejsze - nie wstając można również pić manę. Trochę to trwa ale bestia w końcu zdechnie.

Patched or doesn’t work on NG+. He engages almost immediately.

Helpful tip don’t wait until it runs out when your stamina runs out just cast again and do ash of war again that way it’s continuous

It’s not working for me.🥴 every time when i am cast the spell 2nd times he see me and attacked me. I was not moving before the spell ends. Any tips for me what did I do wrong?

Every single time I stop to reapply anything, it notices me and kills me. Yes. I am by the rock wall. EDIT: Okay, I’m sorry for being overly negative. What worked for me is reapplying the ash of war before the spell prior to everything wearing off. I also was wearing the Black Knife set, and I ran along the rock wall instead of crouching. Also, this is one of my most favorite things to do in souls games. Finding “alternate ways” to defeat the bosses 🎉

Does not work at all anymore. Doing exactly as you are with exactly same things, always turns for second cast now

I dont know what i am doing wrong. He sees me everytime i am trying to cast Unseen form the 2nd time against the wall. I hug the wall, crouch running. Before the the buff ends, i cast another one but then he turns around and starts the fight... =/

The ancient dragon before Bayle can also be 'glitched'. I killed him with no fuss, but not with this dissapearing and poison mist strat.

idk what code u used to dumb ur boss down but i just copied u exactly and every time i get about 30 steps to the right hugging the wall he insta kills me w a breath attack, (yes i made sure all buffs were active

It does not work, just casting itself makes him agro, no matter if moving or not, even if I'm being him just casting the mist makes him attack..

Saw this and was too lazy to get the items so I kept running into a wall for five hours untill I beat him using the finger shield and a blood sword and a mimic and igon it was worth it

Take off all armor and make sure you recast before he turns too fog wall or he will see you, got it to work after 3 tries

This boss was super easy melted him with Ancient Meteoric greatsword +10 my only regret is I had to use Igon for the Questline.

They patched it if you do the unseen form he locks on to you

the glitch has clearly been patched because when I get behind him, he automatically turns around and starts attacking me, even if I just recast the invisibility spell!

I don't have the poison mist, where do you get it?

Amazing, defeated him using this strategy. You don't need crouch amulet and you can run no problem, he does not see you if you are hugging the wall and have bufs aplied

Idk this seems really dumb to try, but I know that there are millions of ppl who bought the game rather recently, but if your that stuck on a boss just use the mimic summon and it will make your life easier, I'm a scrub and beat the game with the help of my mimic, this is funny to watch but feel like the joy that comes from these types of games is when you finally overcome that mountain not just dig a tunnel in it to walk through but that's just my personal opinion. Radahn is a great example cause he beat my ass left right and center my first go around trying to fight him, went and got my scadu blessing to 20 changed up my build so I could do crazy bleed damage and beat him in like another 20 attempts and went from raging to pure elation and gratification after I finally won

I prefer to just fight and beat Bayle normally as it is a very fun fight and would encourage everyone else to do so. But this is still a cool way to get it done if you care more about the rewards than the fight itself
