For all dumb dumbs its an opinion after i finished the game before a patch before I heard rivers was good. This opinion is all based after a patch which was around 68 hours of gameplay for me in that same time I did the game ng+ and ng++ and got all trophies, I have played the previous games by fromsoft so I knew what to expect coming into this. For me malenia was an easy boss no matter what and still would be with or without bleed that's just my opinion 🤷. Not being an ass but I didn't find her hard at all. I started as confessor and went into a bleed build (didn't know rivers of blood was awesome didn't even bat an eye) using bloodhounds fang then eventually morgots cursed sword. Then 3 days ago got told to try RoB with white mask and Exultation and bam melania wasn't a problem in ng+ or ng++ but only downfall is radagon and elden beast as they don't bleed so that's where I struggle Forgot to mention blood hounds step on the claw for maximum speed.

Ackchually, you should feel bad about killing him the most. He loved his horse so much that he learned gravitational sorcery just so it wouldn't get crushed. And even after being rotted, he was still holding back a meteor shower (complete with Aliens on it) from hitting the Lands Between. Even after all these years, he was clinging to his nobility. Fun fact: While the rest of the NPC summons in the Radahn fight will leave only after they die, Patches will stay until he gets hit once or twice and then just dip out. You can see the difference in messages on the bottom of the screen when it happens.

Thing is, the horse he rides is actual named Leonard. It's a horse that Radahn has had from childhood, and wanted desperately not to abandon. So, he learned gravity magic and halted the stars so that he could use gravity magic to make him as light as a feather so that he could still ride Leonard.

I'm pretty sure you fight Radahn just to end his suffering at the festival, as the cutscene itself says "cursed ever to wander". Remember, he was affected by Malenia's scarlet rot, and he kinda can't and learned gravity magic so he wasn't to crush his horse with probably 50 tons of demi god that literally beats the shit out of stars to keep them up. Also, after you defeat him, I'm pretty sure the general says something about the ending of Radahn's suffering because he was affected by Malenia's scarlet rot.

I still can’t believe that the first time I fought Radahn, I beat him on my first try without cheesing, literally just a Darth Maul cosplay. I think that is the luckiest I’ll ever get in a souls game ever… I also summoned another player in full crucible knight gear who slapped Radahn’s behind with a colossal great sword while he chased me around the boss arena the whole time, I think that helped somewhat.

Actually Radahn learned gravitational Magic at a Young age just so he could Ride his horse, so the horse is probably not lifting much weight (but Radahn has gone insane now so i think is just question of time until his stoping using his Magic in himself to Ride the horse)

@@Tailwind92 space invaders, twisted Metal, gta, crash Bandicoot, donkey Kong, banjo Kazooie, Pacman, Tetris, soulblade, metal gear solid, resident evil, Tekken, Spyro, silent hill, Tony hawk, mortal Kombat. Shall I go on. Games were actually well thought out and felt like games back then. Elden ring has that same feel, It's impressive what they've done.

@@kungflupenguin1067 I was actually asking about the specific games he played before that gave the feels. But yeah, i agree. Nowadays they just focus way too much on realistic graphics, cutscenes and political views in games. Not many games are actually games anymore. No "fancy" triple A games nowadays can give the feel that games like ER has.

For anyone watching. During Radahn's second phase, just sprint from the top of the hill to the bottom. You'll avoid the meteor slam he does.

10:07 I've had the moonvail through the second half of my playthrough because the cystal straight sword just wasn't cutting it anymore(😎) but the REAL op weapon for sorcery is the Fallingstar Beast Jaw with 45str 25dex 50int with the Shard Of Alexander, and spam the weapon art. Which can be used very quickly in succession. Radagon staggers in 4, Elden Beast staggers in 5. Pair that with the mimic tear to pull agro and you just sit in the back shooting lighting at the boss.

Yeah, I’m about 40 hours in too. I’ve haven’t even touched the main city yet. I’m taking my time, and I’m also avoiding the incredibly overpowered weapons (like that katana, Jesus)

@tired soul Yeah, I was talking about the overpowered weapons. Such as the moonveil. I’ll be avoiding those until I’m done, or if I’m getting my ass handed to me by a boss for the 50th time, a sort of “fail safe” I guess you could say. This ain’t my first rodeo with a souls game, so I know perseverance.
