Your video is a fraud, you over powered malenia so she could easily win every fight. You are a fraud. And I hate it when people use cheap methods like this for views.
There is area scaling, which is why the same enemies are harder depending on what part of the world they are in, put these bosses all in the same Halgitree area and see how they do then.
@@uzuwi9782 He has the rune of death in his sword, so he is the only one who can kill demigods (also black knife assassins since their daggers have a stolen fragment of rune of death.
Ya know, when I faced her I thought she was the easiest fight, I literally went "that was it?" She's not that scary, and all power to the soldier, he did his duty!
Okay, the perfect comedic timing of Gideon's death was incredible - Malenia's beating him up, she pauses *just* long enough for him to try to drink and realize his flask is empty, and then she immediately tosses him in the air and impales him on her sword. Just perfect.
I could be wrong but I believe Melania is one of the bosses in this game with input reading so it may be possible her AI saw him healing as a good opportunity to strike. It's still hilarious how the timing worked out and he deserves it for being a spammy little bitch.
"General Radahn, the famed Red Lion and scourge of the stars, is a ferocious warrior. He fought Malenia and her rot to a standstill in the Caelid Wilds to Limgrave's east, after which he bought 1500 arrows just to be safe."
@Punished Nick Name No, they're Cleanrot Knight spears that they stabbed him with. Take that, Malenia fanboys. He has thousands of them. It was a 1v1000+.
Bosses that managed to get Malenia to second phase : - Radahn the star scourge (at range) - Fire giant - beast clergyman/Maliketh - Mohg, lord of blood - Dragonlord Placidussax - Radagon/Elden beast - God devouring serpent/Rykard The only boss that managed to kill her : - Maliketh the freaking black blade
It's so funny that with so many of these fights, the moment you see her jump up for Waterfowl Dance, you just know the boss she is up against is just dead. They tank pretty much every hit, she gets her health back, and they get absolutely shredded. It's hilarious to see when you're not at the receiving end of it.
I haven't gotten to her and have not watched any vids about her apart from some minimal footage in reviews and I hav heard she is stupidly hard to beat, but damn, this video makes me dread the fight with her. I did not know that on top of the ridiculous damage she also has self heal??? holy hell
@@galev3955 I actually just beat her with my caster lol. After three days. Sloppy as hell but I uploaded it to my channel (which is just a bunch of random raw footage clips and some cat vids 😂)
@@OscarGreenworth yeah, first time i fought her i was lvl 70, so easy. Just few hours ago i beat her at lvl 30. It's a completely different fight, you should try it
@@cagegames4755 Might have been Radahn, might have just been an unnamed Redmane champion. Assuming it was Radahn, then while that's still super impressive, it seems unlikely to me that it was at the height of Radahn's strength or in a fair confrontation. It does make me wish that the Margit alter ego was a little more present in the backstory, though. I wanna SEE how scary he was to earn the title "Margit the Fell". ATM it just kinda feels like "hey guys Margit was like totally scary and super badass and you should be frightened of him and stuff, King Morgott declared it to me from behind a curtain".
@@manofdaboijerry7687 Yes Radahn was definitely not at his strongest, but it would make more sense as to why Margit would say that if he was fighting Malenia.

@@Mr.Skeleton-El yeah I was happy to see her lose to maliketh, he was the hardest fight in the game for me. I respecced 3 times to try different play styles and I got my ass handed to me equally each time. 5 collective hours of fighting to kill him 💀
@@DocVanfox "I am your mother, young lady! Daddy and I had a disagreement and I am unavailable for a moment until we patch things up." - Radagon, probably.
this puts the fight into perspective for me. I killed her in my 3rd try, not dieing once in phase 1... guess i got a bit lucky with her movements and had the right strat from the getgo, without even knowing. Pushing her into the wall with mimic-tear and double twin-blades, so she constantly staggered backwards in phase 1. Kinda same for phase 2, after dieing once to her cocoon and once to the blade-combo. (dont think, i was overleveled with 135 or so).
@@bratwurst7308 well like you mentioned you did use mimic the most broken thing in the game. So I wouldn’t be bragging about my 3 try ratio against malenia
Lorewise it makes sense why Maliketh would be able to defeat her. His black blade has the power of destined death, which is established to be op as hell. And he's not even fighting at full power, the blade blade description says it's a shadow of its former self, imagine Maliketh at his full power.
I mean, lorewise, isnt Malenia no longer a simple demi god in phase 2, puting her possibly with radagon, Godfrey and Placidusax as the only ones who are probably more powerful than maliketh. As for the power of the black blade, its very much still great when you fight him. Its the one you get as a weapon that had lost most of its power and is only imbued with destined death during the weapon art. You could argue maliketh has lost a portion of the rune of death when we fight him, but it is a small portion, and we can fight him with it completely restaured, as we chase deathroot.
@@popkhorne5372 Maliketh vs Godfrey is debatable, it's just up to you to decide whether which feat is more impressive. Vanishing the wielders of Rune of Death, the Gloam-Eyed Queen and her army of Godslayers? Or killing the Storm Lord and ending the Fire Giants race? Placidusax is more of a dark horse since we barely know anything about him, it's difficult to pit him against the two.
@@popkhorne5372 You sure? As far as I know she has the possibility of being and empyrean but is it not in her state. So she only gets an transformation in second phase. Is stronger and such but guess not really a goddess. Just saying.
@@plumbus1758 Honestly? That was more Margit bitch-slapping sense into Melania. For a solid minute, the only thing she could do was take it like a schoolgirl who was getting a scolding from a teacher.
@@lupu9810 It's been a few months, but if I have the lore correct still, the last time Radahn and Melenia did battle, is when she blossomed into the goddess of rot for the first time. This destroyed Caelid, turning it into what it is today, made Radahn slowly lose his mind, and I think it just generally hurt the world of The Lands Between as a whole. Edit: here's one of the first official trailers that actually depicts what I'm talking about. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vrU8SRu2z_E.html
Margit surviving as long as he did, and technically beating her twice over, just proves to me that he is one hell of a "first boss" and makes me feel slightly better about failing his boss fight for an hour and a half before getting it.
Malenia doesn't move or act like a player, which means most of these fights don't really "work" right. For instance, Godfrey can't do his grab attack on her, and she'll just walk into things. So you're still bad!
There’s something so wonderful about hearing gigachad Margit confidently say “Well, thou art of passing skill” after Malenia incinerates half of his health bar
Boss AI designed for fighting human opponents really struggles with the huge, rangy bosses. She didn't know what to do with Fire Giant Phase 1. It's crazy how fast Maliketh's DoT ate through her health bar.
I'm shocked Renala did so well, but even she couldn't stand against the might of Waterfowl. I also loved watching Malenia get absolutely thrashed by Fire Giant.
It was mostly because Melania was distracted by the spirits though. If she didn't bother with them, Melania would have wiped the floor immediately after Rennala summoned the wolves.
@@YupDock I mean through her first phase. After that of course she won, because fire giant was a lot less mobile, but it was nice watching her get smashed by a big metal plate after everything she put me through.
@@psycojosho same can be said if Renala did the same damage an healed with every strike an had a 2ed bar of health. boss are cool but the state an move set really what wins.
I love seeing Morgott go toe to toe with her when it comes to speed and agility. Closest thing to an Elden ring anime fight, the way they just flip around the arena. There were pretty clean dodges for both of them, too.
@@dantesparda14175 Absolutely lol. I have never played a Souls game before, and it took me a day to beat Margit, but beat the Grafted in maybe 30 minutes. And im not good!
Morgott is a legend. 'If I can't do it, then I'll get gravity to do it for me!' She'd have gotten dropped twice if not for the invisible boss wall there. Certainly the most keen tactical mind among the demigods.
He actually was. According to the lord, we fought a "weaker" version of Maliketh. If it was the "old" version, then we would need more than Let me Solo Her to beat him...
I love that Maliketh, the Black Blade was the first boss to kill her within melee range. He's such a badass boss. His second phase attacks with that health drain melted Malenia's health bar so fast.
Malenia is the best representation of what the player character is to half these bosses. "That little thing... does THAT much damage? And has THAT much health? And is abusing THAT gimmick?!"
@@DefineHatespeech He got whooped by Malenia in the maliketh vs all bosses video. It just so happens that he got lucky her AI happened to be inefficient here
@@HeyMister457 It's because his moveset is tied to his arena. Some channels like chaos silver moon and Nameless Ring managed to give him his full moveset even outside his arena, but even then, her arena has a lot of elevation near its walls that often hampers his combinations.
1:35 pretty funny to see that you can be one of the strongest characters in the game but youre still going to fall for Margit's delayed downward cane strike
Literally the entirety of Bloodborne is only playable because of this exact mechanic keeping you alive. The big difference being that Malenia is a boss with no stamina or FP limits who can spam combos that will heal her to full even if you block the whole thing and you're just a tarnished being forced to watch as the mechanic that you once knew has been twisted and turned against you in the most awful of ways.
@@DDTRAINER In Bloodborne you can only heal health you lost after you got hit and only for a short amount of time Melania can heal any damage at any time
@@marcinkrz3140 exactly; the Rally mechanic was designed that way to make it so the player had a chance but wasn't completely busted. Malenia got that but dialed up to 100 and twisted around to be a constant effect. It's like she used glitches to break the game and someone just decided not to say anything.
@@DDTRAINER The rally mechanic can save you but without it. Bloodborne would still be perfectly playable you get 20 vials. Sekiro is more intense than Bloodborne with less gourds and you don’t need rally.
He's the goodest boy. But honestly, I think the toughest boss in this game. I know everyone says malenia, but with an arcane build I smacked her legit first try. I know it's more a product of my build than my skill though lol.
Please, do Maliketh. He was the only full win against Melania. His armor reads: "Maliketh, Queen Marika's loyal half-brother, bore a blade imbued with Destined Death, and there was not one demigod who did not fear him." I want to see the reputation he's warranted
There are probably a lot of bosses that maliketh cannot fight due to maliketh not being suited to the other bosses arena (he jumps around walls) and the boss not being suited to maliketh's arena simultaneously.
Malenia was not well thought out. Fire Giant was not well thought out. Red Wolf was not well thought out. Regal ancestor spirit was not well thought out. Elden beast was not well thought out. Godskin Duo was the second worst thought out fight in the series.

yeah but hes still a pretty good boss. fighting him shortly after starting the game makes him feel like those s tier dlc bosses from bloodborne/dark souls 3
@@zetastein6031 true, and a lot of bosses have things to help with them( if you really need it. Stun stone, gold summon signs for npcs etc) however I didn't know any of that and I ended up fighting him with a summon that didn't have any upgrades and weapons that weren't upgraded at all because I didn't know how much upgrading the weapon vs stat allocation would improve damage. Got my ass kicked a lot.
He is not fast, just that malenia has a tendency to be more passive, probably to make a fight against her even possible... If she was relentless the fire giant or maliketh wouldn't have been able to down her so much
Radahn didn’t win anything. All he did was get her to the second phase but for some reason he ended the round right there. Even if she was further back second phase Malenia just sprints at you non-stop so his range wouldn’t have worked
You guys are tripping hard and need to rewatch the video. Yes he kept staggering her but unless it was to the point where she was completely incapable of gaining ground, it doesn’t mean he would’ve wiped out her second phase health. She gained A LOT of ground from where she started, and he would’ve had to restart his progress on a much closer, much faster malenia that all logic states would have reached him. And we all know what happens the moment she gets there
Her fight against Placidusax was really cool. He absolutely molly whopped her in her first with that wombo combo that completely lashed her, and then he absolutely shredded her health bar with his dragon's breath. In her second phase she was hardly fazed by his string of attacks. And it was like she learned from her mistake because the second time he used his dragon's breath she hardly got touched by it at all unlike before. That was like a whole movie

I think we all know the fear the fire giant felt when he realised he still had a second, more aggressive phase to go. F for our boy, so close, yet so far
Problem with the fire giant fight, if you notice, there's an issue with the hit box of the fire giant. This really makes me appreciate the majesty of placidusax and maliketh. it's like they balanced the bosses against eachother to match the lore, this was actually so entertaining.
the fact that maliketh's max health% damage/burn works so well on bosses is really fitting on a meta level, because it means that even in game his black blade makes him really good at killing demigods
Given how close their health was in the end, RNG could easily give the win to Malenia too, which I feel is also fitting since, until the Tarnished arrived, she had never been defeated. Cool meta details that I'm sure were 100% unintentional.
@@tannerchaffin9235 Malenia was afraid of Maliketh in lore. The fact that he only pulls the black blade out and starts trying when he's half dead is the only reason it's even a contest.

It's actually pretty interesting to think that Maleina could defeat her parents and become Elden lord for the outer God of rot, but its Maliketh the keeper of death that would easily crush her if she stepped out of line. Really showing why Marika making Maliketh the host of desten death was one of the smartest moves to both keep power and make everyone happy that death was no longer a worry.

One small correction, she wouldn't become Elden Lord, but the goddess to whom the Elden Lord is married, given that she was a candidate to succeed Marika.
Also makes sense on how Maliketh is able to beat Malenia. Maliketh damage over time is more than enough to outstrip Malenia's lifesteal. Even though that only kicked in after losing 50% of his HP, Maliketh was still able rip the two phases of Malenia simply by the power of his damage over time. The Death of the Demigods indeed.
