Guys, it has been confirmed long ago that almost all of Elden Ring Ost lyrics are artificially-made sounds similar to latin, but NOT real latin. Literally the only correct part is the countdown (even that part isn't included in Daniel's video). Also nihil is translated to nothing. It is a decision taken by Miyazaki himself.

I know this are fan lyrics, but from 1:55 to 2:05 it could be hear as: "Sequito... Sequito Omino... Sequito Omino ad he Tiranus" Which could be translated as: "Follow... Follow the Omen... Follow the Omen, the Tyrant" Edit: I think it's more like a wordplay. Omen used both as the Curse of the Omens, and omen as if a terrible foreshadow.

Gotta say, From Software using "nearly Latin" is practically real Latin. Puer is the "fake Latin" for child. Pueri is the real Latin word for child. So, maybe it isn't "nearly Latin" and just people missing the full pronunciation of the real Latin words. Although, nihil doesn't have anything to do with blood. Nihil means "nothing". So, nothing. Nothing! Nothing!! Minous, which means bleed doesn't sound bad. Nihilism is something people might know, so, maybe that's why nihil was chosen to mean bleed. Idk, Latin is a dead language. Ok, comparing the lyrics to real Latin, it's pretty obvious that it's real Latin the choir is singing in. Deus is God. Sanguis is blood. Sactum is sacred. Pueri is child. I'm convinced it's real Latin. I've heard enough of it in AIT. I'm surprised it took me this long to recognize it for what it is. Real Latin. Pronunciation is anyone's guess though. Latin being a dead language and all. Meaning there are no living conversational speakers of the language on earth. Hebrew is close to the same fate with fewer than 10,000,000 speakers left.
