Great videos! I've been very hesitant to continue playing on PC with mouse and keyboard because of the constant meta ganks combined with the input issues at times, but you have really inspired me to continue playing and just have fun regardless of the strength. Thank you and may you keep getting good invasions!
I am very happy to hear I could inspire you to play this treasure of a game again. While I agree that the latency can be very annoying and the ganksquads very tilting, it feels so good to use different strategys, enviroment etc. to outplay and outsmart the team with clear advantage. Sometimes I even wait till they finished summoning their 3rd cooperator or I hope a hunter gets summoned into the team of 2 enemies to make them 3 to make it more challenging and fun. Got the same build atm. Only I’m running 45 dex 45 faith hybrid because I enjoy using a mix of both melee and incantations personally. More of a pve guy overall, but wanna get better at PVP. I like the peeler too, but i have the godslayer greatsword as an extra weapon to switch things up mid combat. Talismans I use rn atm are Erdtrees Favor +2, Shard of Alexander, (which I swap for the claw talisman sometimes), Great Flock Talisman, and Godfrey’s Icon. All around I think I could swap a few talismans to make my build work perfectly for PVP, but atm I got a pretty solid 150. This video really helps me see how this build could operate in a PVP setting so I’m definitely taking it in and trying it! Definitely gotta learn to free aim my fireballs much better though ha
The Peeler and the Black Flame Tornado are so cool and strong that I definetly agree on your hybrid build being very nice. Shard of Alexander makes of course sense here. Black Flame Fireball really is a hard to hit spell, not only is the hitbox very small but I also feel hitreg isn't 100 on point here haha. In general I would say Black Flame spells in PvP is like playing hard more, the special on these spells are the dotdamage which of course is a lot higher in PvE than in PvP, where 2-5%$ of 2000 isn't a lot, but SOMETIMES enough 😉and it feels so good to make them work. It also took me some time to learn when to use what🙂I hope you will have a lot of fun with your build!
It is a nice idea, but the groundslam belongs to the erdtree avatars and therefor is a holy erdtree incantation/ash of war in my opinion, it would be "off theme". But it definetly kinda is the same move from the Noble, I never thought of that 🙂
Hey! Sure, I can do that. E = forward, D = backward, S = left, F= right, W = sprint, scrolling up with mouse = switch spell, scroll down with mouse = switch item and flasks, 1 and 2 = switch left or right hand armament, mouse 1 and 2 attack left and right. I hope it helps!
I see you didn't use the incantation to infuse the weapon on fire, the back flame itself is strong but it has the health draining property just as the death status from maliketh, by hiting someone repeatedly with the back flame the health drain will be really painful for your oponent and the Godskin pealer has the perfect movset to do that, one running heavy atack with the black flame infused and the damage would be really high. I like to go with two Godskin pealer to do that, one with the tornado AoW and other one with sharp infused and something like spinning slash to combo with the back flame infusion.
Do you mean the black flame sword ? I don't know if I am stupid but it didn't give me the option to infuse the Peeler or Stitcher, so I guess it doesn't work on these weapons? Otherwise it would have been part of my repertoire.
@@rabbitsinthemoon9183 your weapons had flame art infusions. You can't use weapon buff incants on weapons with any infusions besides heavy keen quality. And since your dex and str are so low it would have been pointless to go with one of those affinitys and use black flame blade cause it only lasts like 10 seconds
I would agree wraith bell could be a nice add, I have the Omen Bairn in the inventory though. Lord of Deaths Pustule just raises vitality, doesn't it? That means it just gives more defense against Deathblight. I am not sure if I understand your comment correctly. I use both Black Flame Fireball and Scourge, it depends on the situation :) in my opinion the scourge is the best Black Flame spell though, the balls hitbox is super small and the damage is the same.
@@ant13ducks Well, Rancor is a sorcery and gets buffed by Graven Mass, thats true, but Black Flame Scourge does not get buffed by it. I like Rancorcall too though, it is a beautiful spell, it's just not the same as Black Flame Incantations(no dot damage for example).
@@rabbitsinthemoon9183 i enjoyed the video thanks for popping it up! i love the blk fire spells so much haha i been using uchigatana with hoarfrost and then use the blk flame armament then im doin blood lose frost and blk flame use golden vow off my sacred stars mace and its hella hitty. im quite new to the game though!
This dude is rocking a sore seal with terrible armor, some of the worst incants in the game and a single twin blade. And still is wrecking shit . This took serious skill lmao if I tried this I would get absolutely destroyed
Hello! I have 80 faith (which pretty much is cap), 2 Godslayer Seals (+10% damage each seal to Godskin Apostle incantations), and both Canvas talismans for another 12% damage, + in one of the builds 8% (in PvP, 15% in PvE) from the Fire Scorpion Charm. @@AmazingBreadEdits You can check the 3 different builds including stats in the start of the video. The pure faith variation with 2 coded swords is the best statwise.
1) replace that soreseal with fire scorpion charm and the faithful canvas with dragoncrest greatshield 2) use the god skin noble robe for free extra dmg boost on noble presence incantation 3) replace the bubble tear thing with faith tear you will one shot most of people with fully charged incantations if casted with both seals equipped. also you can consider to switch to a +25 shorspear with flame tornado equipped and redistribute the points in to arcane or int for hybrid options since your main strength is casting stuff and bonk stuff requires a lot o poise that you won't reach with 80 points spent in to faith without sacrificing talisman slots.
I am grateful for you trying to optimize the build damagewise, but these are options I was thinking about already. I am trying to be loreaccurate if possible. Using the Noble Robe on the Apostle wouldn't fit the theme, also, while I love Noble Presence, with 25 poise it is cancelled by any breath of air, so this spell isn't my focus. Same goes for using a spear over the Peeler (or Stitcher). This channel isn't about perfect builds anyway, just trying to provide entertaining invasions with different, mostly off meta builds.
@@rabbitsinthemoon9183 but crabs are nerfed in PvP from what I understand, only providing like 10% reduction while BFP gives a full 35. If you decide to heal you can offset the debuff by switching talismans, and in duels in particular it can be a huge advantage. I hear you tho, it has it's ups and downs. I for one was hoping to see some noble presence launches

I am not a fan of buffs anyway - the only buff I feel really is needed for the 1v3 invasions with this build is BoG, which totally doesn't fit the theme, but unfortuantely these squads mostly have a magespammer and it is near impossible to survive the damage. The Crab was just a little extra. Before this build I didn't even return the necklace once to Boggard, and I have 7 different chars haha.

At 7:00 was making me utterly disgusted and annoyed I hate it when groups play so passively that they just wait especially if it’s mages, since theirs no real counter to it except have more patience, maidenless behavior! I wanna make this build but I’m not sure if I wanna return to this filth of a game, I already did a dragon build and that’s gone to shit, I’m maybe considering playing again but idk most of the time I start hating myself for being such a failure
I agree, 3 man squads just waiting there is annoying, but I am a very patient man as well, I was just hoping the host doesn't start the boss fight. Why would you call yourself a failure? If you have a hard time with the game I would not try out this build since it can be very frustrating from time to time. If you want a nice spicy build which also smacks hard I would take a look at my Dragon Cult incantations build. My Dragon Communion build works as well, is a bit harder though.
Well if you’d play as much as I do and create 10+ different build but can’t find success in either of them, then your very much a failure and nobody probably loves you
