Arriving at the Finger Ruins was one of my favourite moments so far; still haven't discovered what to do in the middle, but that's what I prefer - organically coming across solutions

Came buy to see how's your run going. So far in my run everything is great, though I'll admit some of the enemies having near unbreakable poise is tedious.

I love how weird they are getting with some of the side content fights, even if it looks normal they usually have some weird trick. Stark difference to the dungeons/catacombs in base game.

I wonder if the bell in question is the Spirit Caller's Bell? Ranni gave it to us saying she was "instructed to give it to [us] from [Torren's] original owner", who was Miquella (who features heavily in the DLC). There's also the fact that glovewort is everywhere, which is used to strengthen ashes. I can't play the game (no rig/console to do so), so I can't really test it. Curious, though.
