The gates of hell cannot prevail against you once you're standing on the Rock! That Rock is the intimate knowledge of Jesus Christ. Do you know Him for yourself? Is your knowledge of God based on what you do for your church or is it based on your relationship with Christ? If faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, you can't live on somebody else's Word! You have to know God's Word for yourself. This reality check is not to harm you. God only wants you to grow in grace. He doesn't want you to have second-hand knowledge. He doesn't want you to have a mere confession. He doesn't want you to be so caught up in the work that you're not caught up Him. If you have no relationship with Christ, you have no foundation. Church is out and Christ is in. Get to know Him, starting today!
