Hit and run is only ever used in hyper aggressive warrior decks of old. Don't think it is ever useful in slower decks because you basically wanna play it when you have nothing in hand to refill. Do appreciate the attempt though, I've been memeing people all the way up to rank 2 with my bone armour, ring of imaginary might, high hrothgar deck.
