This just must be the "grandmother funeral song." 'Cause we TORE IT UP by the power of the Holy Spirit at my grandmother' funeral last June. We drove it for about 13-15 minutes. God Bless!!
God Bless you Elder Timothy Wright. My Mother, The Later Priscilla Moore loved to hear you play the Organ and Sing. The first song we heard you sing was "I'll Be A Witness" in 1985. I know Bishop Patterson loved to hear you perform. God rest Bishop Patterson's soul.
We buried my 94 year old grandmother saturday and they song this very song. For The Rest Of MY Life which was my grandmother favorite song and one of ( Pastor TIMOTHY WRIGHTS SONGS) and it tore the church up.we shouted a while!! tHANK gOD FOR The annointed , singer , songwritter Pastor Timothy Wright, WE are still holding U and Ur family up in prayer!!!!
My Mother, The Late Priscilla Moore loved to hear Elder Timothy Wright Perform. God bless you Elder Timothy Wright. When I hear you sing, I have to get on my Hammond C-3 and play along with you.
I will always love Pastor Timothy Wright and his music. I'll always remeber the day I spoke with him and told him how his music encouraged me when I was going through a hard time in my life.
This is my favorite song by Elder Wright followed by "I made it over". That was the jam from back in the day...but I Like "You must come in at the door" too and his "Live in New York" Album that had "For the Rest of My Life" on it was far underated. It was indeed the BEST GOSPEL ALBUM OF 2005 and his best album of all time in my personal opinion, and he got no recognition for it. THE WHOLE ABLUM was good and you can't find that too often now days!!!
Its true-bad news spreads like wildfire. Rev. Tim Wright is alive. Not directed to anyone in particular because I was saying this from Saturday when the rumors were circulating....Stop speculating and start praying! I got the wrong information from quite a few sources so I'm not blaming any of you for the comments you posted but a death in the fam is devastating and the Wright Fam could really use the prayers of strength and comfort from all of us. God Bless you all!
