That's just...the actual map we have right now minus the bamboo forest. Since we already have a bunch of cliffs with the more mountainous areas, ancient ruins and temples, and the whole wasteland area can be considered a dinosaur graveyard with it being a hotspot for fossil spawns. Plus, I am not 100% sure on the legality of using the name Skull Island, especially since the one you listed off seems to be more so based on the Monsterverse adaptation of the island, might get them into legal trouble but again, not 100% sure on that.

we can't have a carnivore island like chunk is because carnivores need a much bigger space to actually live in and an island size of chunk just won't do it. And actually adding a separate island besides the main map is an interesting idea but it will cause unnecessary lag considering most people probably won't even use it

Some ideas can be taken from your comment, such as the bamboo forest, that it is close to the Redwood forest, and the ruins that are more like a human civilization like pyramids or an abandoned village
