#Afghanistan is one of the most vulnerable countries in the world to the impacts of #climatechange.
The country hasn't recovered from the Herat earthquakes but now more than 500,000 people are affected by #floods.
Eleanor Monbiot, Regional Leader for World Vision Middle East and Eastern Europe was in Herat right before the floods, visiting #earthquake affected communities.
