They are taking advantage of residents of Colorado.

Back in 2020 Pueblo had the chance to buy-out Black Hills Energy and it apparently was voted down due to the cost of around $402,000,000. Pueblo pays some of the highest electricity rates in the state of Colorado. I remember in May of 2020 when BHE asked about a rate increase and the people said "No". Then they wanted to demolish the old power plant (until it was declared a landmark) but, BHE raised the rates anyway. BHE are a bunch of crooks, Pueblo residents pay out their bums and BHE gets richer. Not to get political but, is this how bidenomics is working?
