Pakistan to Russia, The Netherlands, Indonesia and Iraq, and
Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for the
Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW)
* Dr. Maria Sultan, Chairperson and President, South Asian Strategic
Stability Institute (SASSI) University. She is adviser to the Ministry of
Defence on Strategic and Military Affairs
