OMG. I literally can't even. ?! Now my computer shut down while I was mid-upload! I can't believe this. So frustrated. This is my FOURTH time trying to upload this video! Why do I even bother?! First I tried to upload & it was BLOCKED completely because of 2 songs. So I went back & re-edited the video & removed those clips & replaced the audio. I posted it on RU-vid again & it seemed fine until suddenly it was BLOCKED AGAIN!? Apparently a third song was also BLOCKED completely from viewing in ALL territories! So I've edited it YET AGAIN! It seems absurd to share a show that is largely based on VIDEOS & MUSIC to have to REMOVE the VIDEOS & MUSIC but here we are. I wanted to share these videos because it was a happy time in my life & the world is so messed up now that I wanted a trip back to the past. But then things keep going wrong & it's beyond discouraging. On top of that for some reason this video is overexposed. It's too bright. Not sure if the VHS tape was degraded or what. It doesn't make sense because all the other episodes were fine (even a couple that were on the same tape.) Anyway, here is the video against all odds! Hopefully people watch (& can actually see this!) I have one more EC episode after this. (I'll be somewhat relieved now not to have to worry about problems uploading & blocking etc!) Just one last thing I had to rant about/pet peeve: when a video is BLOCKED I delete it (because why bother having a video that no one can ever watch?!) After I delete them a notice shows at the top of the playlist saying "3 unavailable videos are hidden from viewing." Why even MENTION them if they're supposed to be hidden?! And they're NOT hidden. They're DELETED. They NO LONGER EXIST! You block a video from being seen, so someone deletes it, it's GONE but you still act like the videos are in the playlist, hidden!? Y THO? Annoying. Everything is aggravating lately. Things going wrong. Things breaking down. Until I think I can't take one more thing but then something else goes wrong & something else. Anyway I'm having a bad day (week? month? year?!) & it just seems like one thing after another. I just wanted to rant. I know no one reads these anyway.
These videos are happy memories for me. The Summer of 1990 was a simple carefree time & I like reliving those days. Of course now I can't even fully enjoy it because I had to remove pieces of it & paste other non-copyrighted music over it so it's not the same but anyway. It is what it is.
