Been going every year since 2014… 9 year vet here…. I could honestly say, this might take the crown as the best one …. Even beating 2014. Everything from the weather , traffic, entry , plur vibes and even set times. However , the vip areas have definitely taken over the GA crowd area. It’s never really been worth it up until last year. 9years of GA is done with. VIP it is.

If I had the money, I would definitely go. Hopefully I can before I'm really old.

They also have shuttle passes with their own private route to get back home so you aren’t waiting in the regular driving out line

PRO TIP: EDC Camp is the best way to skip traffic and stay emersed in the festival environment. I already miss it. I gotta plan better for next year, didnt get to see most of the art/performances

$500 for a regular 3-day pass actually doesn't sound too bad. I mean, don't get me wrong. Yes, it's still $500, but for some of the 3-day festivals I have seen, that is pretty much in the mid-price range. Especially when you consider all the attractions that are connected to it.

I miss the old Electric Daisy Carnival. You know. The one you had to call a number the day of the event to get directions to it which was in the middle of nowhere. Those were the good ole days of rave.

I went once in 2010 for my 18th birthday when it was still here in SoCal. I hate that music and only went because my friends at rhe time liked it. I had an ok time but my music taste is classic rock boomer music lol. I am now 32 and have never been to another rave

I KNOW I’m getting old because I feel like all those crazy moving lights would just give me a headache or make me dizzy 😂 Back when I was in my late teens/ 20s I really wanted to go to EDC, it was one of my goals, one year I was able to find a payment plan to go, was like $100 a month or something like that, anyways, one month I guess the company that was charging me for the tickets was unable to charge my account because I only had $80 and forgot to deposit my paycheck. Anyways I called the company’s customer service, told them I had the money now and they could even take next months payment out as well. They told me that because they couldn’t take out the payment, that I would not be able to get the tickets and not only that, they would not refund me the money I had already paid them for the tickets. So I couldn’t go, and I was out like $400 😫 this is why reading terms and agreements is so important. Also I wonder how many times that happened to someone like me and how much money they made off of that type of bs lol

Wish I could go again the first and only one I ever was able to go to was the last and final at the Colosseum in LA. One day I'll be able to go again hopefully. Word of advice no matter how much fun you're having make sure you watch out for your friends. To make sure you all want to go home safe. {^__^}

EDC is over rated. The price is way 2 much, traffic is ridiculous even with the VIP shuttles and getting back tonur hotel is worse. People overdosing left and right if ur not part of a snake u will get lost for the night. With all that I would not trade the experiennce for the world. Had a great time but prefer smaller events.
