@@lukasgray9027 maybe the EV isn't, but the excavators, dump trucks and ships that mine and transport all the toxic material to build the environmentally damaging batteries do! Plus, the Scania P270 is, by EU ruling, roughly 75% recyclable, including that highly efficient, Euro6 diesel engine!
You are aware that ICE cars use the same components that EVs do, but also that the ongoing production of oil and the emissions associated with it far outweighs the initial negative impact of battery production?
They are many experts out there saying that electric vehicles are a folly, and are just about finished. The batteries are just too impractical to recycle. It is an environment disaster in its infancy. But you won’t see much about it on mainstream media. We are being lied to that they are a greener way forward. Hydrogen power has to be the way forward if we must believe all the nonsense coming out of the mouths of the global warming/climate change charlatans.
Another armchair expert, if you’d done your research you’d know ICE vehicles are 10 times more likely to catch fire, I don’t know what’s worse your lack of knowledge and understanding or desperation to look like you know something that isn’t true. Do us all a favour and leave the engineering profession to the engineers, you might give yourself an aneurysm.
but when ev's catch fire they are more difficult to put out , and once out, they reignite, so yes they are more dangerous, and seen this first hand @@lukasgray9027
Ive seen this first hand, and yes i know what im talking about, when these ev fires are put out, hours later they tend to reignite. So please do not be stupid and grow some sense @@Therealprinceofcobh
