Very informative video, it helped me fix my kettle. The kettle was not turning off whenever water reached boiling point. The back tube was blocked with a calcium residual hence little vapor was reaching the bi metal to trigger the switch to turn off.
Nice clean presentation. But to be fair, you copied both diagrams and script almost word for word from Prof. Sam Ben-Yaakov's youtube presentation. You should at least acknowledge this!
