Always bring tools mate! It's very important. Without the multitool Tom would be walking back to the cars hauling a heavy board - not fun! Yeah it's nice to see all the different setups, all unique to the specific riders.

Great video , I should have got out of bed earlier (I was up at 5am) and repaired my puncture the night before properly and not had to repair when I arrived , then Gordon’s belt then other Tom’s puncture then I knocked your wand off the table , the cyclists at the end must have been riding at 35+ whilst looking backwards !

The bull bars? They are from Trampa boards - you can find the kit on their website

Hmmm...I want to be at Box Hill with the chaps... I'm jealous. This looks fun. Also...why not have the 9" tyres in front as well? Is it because they only gave you a pair? Do you notice a difference, or any discomfort from having different size wheels?

Hey Mario, it's to maintain maximum efficiency. You can certainly run them on the front and some do but only the rear wheels are powered and as such dont contribute much to traction. You notice a slight difference but yeah they are wild man, I love them to bits. Also you should come to the UK one day and ride with the chaps. Shoot some content etc. Theres always a spare board here

As for the board...I haven't ridden anything with a remote in over a year. Tried it a couple months ago and it was pretty pathetic. Got any Onewheels in the UK? :D Maybe I should just take the plunge and relearn eskate. Trampas are so slick now. They've come a long way in a year.

Looks like another fun ride, Lee. I am a group of one here in the small town in Minnesota (north central U.S.) where I live. At age 61, I have a strong suspicion most of the people here reckon I will kill myself on one of those mad devices:) I know this is heresy among hard core off road riders, but since I do not do a lot of that, I have become a proponent of hub motors. I loved that speed run. Old #96 still has the juice to excel!

@@LeeWright No one within miles of me that I know of, Lee. A friend of mine told me his brother has a board, but I am not sure where he lives. But that isn't all bad. If there were many of them here where I live, I fear some busybody would decide he or she needs to "protect" us with some silly rules.

Hey lee, offtopic but do you happen to have a spare trampa spring truck for sale? I've lost trust in my MBS matrix trucks and I'm looking for a replacement. Can't afford one from trampa currently. Still not sure how big the fine is i'll be getting soon for riding my board. Probably around 450€

hehe like my second group ride, took out my new board and had a range of problems with the reciever and remote, hopefully by replacing it with the wand it should fix the issues i was having. Parcel has been sitting in ym office for 2 weeks now =)

@@LeeWright sadly it is australia day today so im waiting till i go back into the office tomorrow. i picked up some AAA batteries for it today and charged them up. i cant wait to be honest to get back on this thing it was so much fun. now ill have piece of mind when i ride since ill have a workign battery monitor =)

Belt tensioner help you with torque transfer but effect longevity of the belt.
