There is a reason why his videos are so effective. Ive noticed that his black background and light colours sometime create a photographic memory of the diagrams he draws. It helps understand all the concepts really good. I can imagine the motion in diagrams better in my mind.
I have never seen the teacher like you. I wish every teacher would be like you. If so all students would be brilliant and scholars. Words are very weak to express you. Because you are one of the person who made influence up on me to understand different subjects. Thanks A lot❤❤❤❤❤❤
May the Lord be with us all that are trying everything possible to pass our exam's otherwise this man came to make things easier thank you so much God keep you in good health 🙏
"By the way, you may want to take down these notes if you have a piece of paper" Chief I'm on video 3/5 of yours that I have open on my browser I've been taking notes each and every step of the way towards my exam tomorrow, you're the GOAT
Just the best of "BRILLIANT!!!!!" Nothing really new terms, yet clarified all most all the doubts. It's is worth your 1/2 an hour rather than a full day of "change in kinetic energy"😃.
I wasted so much time watching other videos trying to understand the difference between electric potential and electric potential energy. It put me almost a month behind in my Physics II class, and my test is tomorrow 😭 I found this video yesterday, and you did such an amazing job that I actually cried. I instantly got the membership and have been cramming ever since! I dont have much hope of passing this test with a great score, BUT I now have hope that I can catch up, and actually pass the class with an A or B. Thank you so much for all of the great content, and for giving me a fighting chance at passing my class!
Yeah same here I am a month behind as well. My prof doesn't really know how to lecture and uses the class time just for unnecessary stuff. My current grade rn in the class isn't looking good but I am still hanging on it and hoping to pass the class. :D Also, what's the update?
Sir,I don't just know but since I encountered your video I have been doing well in my studies unlike before You are indeed God sent Am a student of UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA NSUKKA and I just want to say a big thank you
For question 3, because the charge first decelerates from B to A, then comes to a stop, then accelerates towards C, wouldn't the total work done on the charge be positive, the potential energy be decreasing and KE increasing? Wouldn't it just have less work done on it (in comparison to part a) because the work done moving from B to A is negative but the work done from A to C be positive and greater than the work from B to A?
Wow, I havent seen a zig zag line as the circuit symbol for resistor since the 1970's, it brought back memories. The circuit symbol changed to a rectangle (in the UK) in the mid 70's!
I did charge transfer analysis on circuits junctions. I came to some theoretical conclusions: The electrons are transferred in pairs only. The number of electrons , on a closed dc circuit must be even. Static electron, entering a circuit, in his frame of refference sees both the - and the +. P.s My eduction is not formal, so i dont stick to conventions. Extrapulations mode suggest that there is something missing in the conventional way we treat charge. I cant put my finger on it , yet. The convention of + and - is incomplete/ over simplified.
Okay so simple Electric potential( fuck wikipedia they're unreliable) is energy available to do work per unit of charge in an electric field. Voltage is the difference in electric potential between two points, basically the amount of work that was needed to move a unit of charge from its position at the first point to it's position at the second point in an electric field.
In the Pearson textbook it is written that Vab = Vb -Va, which is the opposite of what's taught in this video, I wonder which is correct, or if there is a universally correct way?
@TheOrganicChemistryTutor Does Phi mean Electric flux? Because Phi= E*A*Cos Theta (where theta is the angle between normal and electric field) Right? Thank you. P.S This question is based on the video of electric charges and fields.
please what is the difference between electric potential and electric potential energy? These terms are getting me confused 😕 by the way thanks for this you're a great teacher
Electric potential difference is defined as the difference between two points in an electric circuit carrying some current as the work done to move a unit charge from one point to another Does this make sense?
4:43 this is backwards, isn't it? V_ab is the voltage at A with respect to B. You would write the integral with "a" as the lower limit and "b" as the upper limit. V_ab is Vb - Va. That makes me question a few things. Do people teach these terms differently?
