Most ev batteries pproducer are in usa and china. Those countries has not so hot weather. India is a hoter weather country so ev maker should make more safety features for hot weather countries. More safety features needs specially on e scooters today.

इंडिया का गर्म मौसम सबसे बड़ा reason है battery में आग लगने का। Charging भी एक issue है लेकिन गर्म मौसम में स्कूटर बाहर रहने से आग लग जा रहा है।

the simple thing they didn't do all the build testings, heavy runs on the bikes and launched instantly why. India searches for alternative for fuel and they didn't had patience to do thorough tests in different environments and felt greedy to launch instantly and gain profits. Sab Paisa ka khel hai

Customers neglecting service as manufacturers like pure ev has clearly mentioned that battery pack needs balancing every 5-7 k kms and they have installed machines in every authorised service centre .This all happens due to customer negligence and improper handling

Yes all are buying from manufacturers and LiFePo battery also have lithium they also blast. If not made properly. LI battery can stand 150*c. But people are manufacturing batteries with used china cells as they are around Rs.40/- pcs. New CELL cost 450/- cell and 120 cells in battery. NO one india use new cell.

@@rsharma3602 The lithium-iron (LiFePo4) battery has a edge over the Li-ion (LiCoO2) battery for safety. This is important because a battery should not get overheated or catch fire in case of overcharging. The lithium-iron battery has superior chemical and thermal stability. A Lithium-iron battery remains cool at room temperature while the Li-ion may suffer thermal runaway and heats up faster under similar charging conditions. LiFePO4 is a nontoxic material, but LiCoO2 is hazardous in nature, so is not considered a safe material. Disposal of Li-ion battery is a big concern for the manufacturer and user.

We are importer of Li-ion Cells from Japan of Panasonic Grade EV. They don't go thermal run away if battery pack made by protocol. Each cell cost 1275/- extra GST. But in India manufacturers use China used cells. Ie they catch fire and death due to underrated product. In India people like JUGAAD but not ready to pay for professional fees.
