I've been Using The Philips Norelco 7700 Shaver for a while now and it's Absolutely Great , It Shaves very Smoothly , Glides Nicely Even in Dry Shave and Leaver Pretty Close Shave ...No Complaints at All and The Fact that it Comes with Chargeable Base is Definitely a Big Plus . Obviously The 9800 Norelco Shaver is Great too or Maybe Slightly Better because it Additionally Has Pressure Sensitive Shaving Head Sensor which Generally Helps in Shaving .
Both of These Shavers Have 360 Degrees Moving Shaving Heat , which is Very Flexible but Also all Three of The Actual Shaving Razors Move Independently for Really Smooth and Close Shave .
Of Course in Both You Can Dry Shave ( Which I Do ) or Wet Shave with Shaving Cream , Shaving Gel ETC. if You Want too .
