The video shows the complete electric water heater production line we made for Uzbekistan in 2015, including inner tank production line, outer tank production line, inner cap production line, sand-blasting and enamel line, packaging line etc.. It is used for producing electric water heaters ranges from 30L to 150L with inner tank carbon steel of 1.5-2.0mm and outer tank ppgi of 0.5mm.
We designed the product and factory layout, manufactured the machines, offered installation and debugging services, supplied the matched spare parts. And we could offer services of production guidance on site now.
