What is the difference between resistance and resistivity?

There are majorly three differences :- 1- resistance of a Material is the measure of opposition it offers in the flow of current while resistivity is the resistance offered by a conductor of unit length and unit area . 2. The unit of resistance is ( ohm ) while the unit of resistivity is ( ohm meter ) 3 . Resistance depends upon the factors like length and are while resistivity depends upon material used . I hope it helps 😊
