Feeling safe within is a big theme, trust….Where do I look for safety? Habits make us look outside. But as change is happening everywhere, the only place to go is within.. I have been remembering very little from my dreams over the last couple of months. But 2 nights ago, I dreamt that I was looking up at the night sky full of stars. And all of a sudden the movement of the stars accelerated and they disappeared behind the horizon. Was left this night space that looked empty but felt full. And then I woke up…. (In this reality), feeling puzzled…

Oh… I felt such ✨relief✨ after watching this having come back from volunteer gardening tonight, feeling very distraught, drained + very emotional… all not normal.😳 Now… I am in a much better space. Whew! I’m not sure I will get used to these energies. They are so deep + intense in the moment… and then a short time later… poof ✨💨✨… out of it again. 😑 Thank you Luma. Yeah I got hit super hard with a wave of this last night.

Luma I just found your channel. I apappreciate this teaching so much. I have been thinking I am in frozen shock right now. Several years ago I fell down and fractured my left forearm causing one surgery that wasn't done well and had to get a redo with a plate and screws and the works. Several years later I fell again fractured the wrist on same hand. I believe this repeat is from frozen shock and. Trauma. In 2023 I had a hysterectomy from stage 1 cancer. I have done a lot of womb healing but I would like to make sure any residue of fear, must be removed. My take is as our bodies regenerate new cells it takes on the patterning of any kind of illness etc. Hence the return of that illness. Thank you Many Blessings

This makes so much sense w what I've been experiencing.... I've always been prone to anxiety and fear in excessive amounts and I've done the work to deal w this but since lion's gate it has come back w a vengeance.... These waves of truly feeling like death is coming and all around.... When I accept, surrender, release it subsides (and remind myself that even if it is death I have nothing to fear) It seems to hold more power before you face it and less so after. I've always wondered why I have so much Mars and fire energy in my charts but now I'm starting think that maybe I needed it to deal w all this extremely scary stuff lol... Thank you! I had an astonishing healing experience I'd like to share. Most of my life I've been scared of heights. In particular, fear when someone dear to me is near heights. I had a dream about a year ago, where I witnessed my father jump. The dream was in a kind of cartoon style (maybe to cushion the trauma). Afterwards, my fear of heights is totally gone. I'm not speaking of normal caution or tingles around heights, but of my previous borderline neurotic fears. An awe inspiring, simply undeniable healing. A memory that came to my mind recently was having a scary nightmare when I was a kid about 4 years old about the same event, that I had forgotten about. As a kid, when I was awakened, I was inconsolable and confused and felt anger and concern about my father dying at the same time. Interesting eh? Been having some pretty intense dreams the last couple of years, up to the present. Maybe I've been busy at night, spring cleaning while out of body. Lifetimes? Multi-dimensional? I can only imagine. I'm glad we're finally seeing the light of day around here. ❤‍🩹
