We have Honeywell RP7517B1016's at a school, and they control the temps for the circulating water for the coils for the blast fans and univents. The coil water is not hot enough, rarely over 110-120 deg. The water temp sensors send about 2Vdc to the Excel Building Supervisor X1581 which also uses OS air temp? and sends a signal to the E/P's. I would like to run just off the water temp sensors or set the temp myself. I can get to the data on the Excel and possibly make changes, but can I maybe try things like hook up a 5V battery to the E/P's and set what temp that gives me. Like I said, water temp 120, 2V at sensor, and 7V at E/P, giving 10# air to valve, and only warm water. Letting air bleed off valve line will soon run it wild, no good.
