*To everyone wondering where Sim went* Yes...they are gone. Not dead, just dipped. On the Twitter account, a good few months ago, Sim said that they didn’t make a lot of money off of RU-vid, and that they weren’t enjoying themselves anymore. It can be assumed, unfortunately, that Sim may never come back. Random update 3-11/2021; No Twitter posts by Sim in months. We may assume they are gone for good.
So have they stopped making music in general or just have quit RU-vid? Either way it is sad. I could say that there was no song from sim that I had not had fun listening, but I suppose that all good things must come to an end. I so think that this is the end too since I would not force myself to do something I did not have fun doing either.

This song, Sim's last, was posted on this day three years ago. The day also happens to be my birthday, and at the time, I viewed it as an exceptional birthday present. From that point, Sim's music has influenced my music taste an incredible amount. The likeliness of Sim actually reading this is infinitesimally small, but anyway: Sim, if you're reading this, I know you no longer want to make music anymore, and that's okay. I understand. Just know that you've made the lives of over three hundred thousand people like myself better. I hope your life is good, and that you are in good health. As far as I am aware, no one online has heard from you under the name Sim Gretina for two and a half years. We don't demand a new song. We just care that you're okay. Thank you for everything you've done.

I admire your enthusiasm! I've been listening to Sim ever since he started and it just makes me feel so sad that a already small music genre has lost such a great (if not its best) artist.

It's quite bitter sweet that my favorite track from Sim is their last. I guess all good things has an end, no matter how good or how awful something may be. It will eventually end. And all I can say is thank you for bringing us these songs of joy and I'll continue to cherish these tracks for the rest of my life. But we'll eventually find a successor and it may fill the emptiness we feel, it'll take long but it'll soon come. Probably.

I used to listen to Sim when i was like 10 or 11. Really got me into some good music, it's a shame to see he's gone now, but I know I'll be enjoying the stuff I missed out on for a good while
Oh I really do hope Sim continues to make music, even if it's not for a while. I really have liked all of their stuff, as does the rest of my family. We are all saddened by the loss of such an awesome artist.

So, this last year of 2020, I fell in love with Electro Swing. To be expected, it being the Roaring 2020's after all... It didn't take me long to discover this channel again, along with the Peggy Suave tracks. I say "again" because I already knew Sim from that one Megalovania remix well before my love for Electro Swing came 'round. After a tad of diggin', I found out that Sim has gone fully inactive on pretty much every platform. This makes me terribly sad, mostly because now there doesn't seem to be any (official???) way to download Sim's fantastic songs anymore... These songs and this artist deserve some of my truest respect, for their remaining souls were enough to spark the light of my adoration for Electro Swing. If, by chance, you're reading this right now Sim, I just want to let you know... we all understand your troubles and it's okay if you won't come back to us here. However, here or not, from never to forever, you still hold a place in many people's hearts, including mine. Thank you for everything. Best of luck and hats off to you!
