I learned of electro culture last year from Matt Roeske. I tried my two 8 ft antennas on two tomato plants that were in terrible shape. In less then two weeks they spring back to life with amazing new growth and tomato yields. More so than Matt, Yannick Van Doorne , on his you tube channel has recently posted six 2 hour courses covering all aspects and history of electro culture. Its the real deal. So any more methods are covered in his lectures then just the copper coils.

It's funny. I'm French and have only started discovering electroculture these last few months. But I get my info from Europeans (French, Germans and Italians mostly). The perception and understanding is less "sensational" than what is presented from the US audience. Even the shape of the antenna, that you're presenting here, looks new to me. It is very aesthetic. I'll try to see if it makes a difference from the classic shape, if that curl at the extremity of the copper wire alters the efficiency. We are all pretty much experimenting to try reverse-engineering the original science. But I can sense, because I've been into orgonite and orgone energy these last years, electroculture comes from the same source energy, taking another shape. Your understanding of the plant and the antenna, made clearer some things I knew instinctively. From the French eletroculture groups, it is said this practice is very old, back to Ancient Egypt and probably earlier civilizations. It was documented in medieval China. But for some reason, the world forgot about it. And in the 18th century, a Frenchman rediscovered it on his own. But it's been rather confidential, the findings never spread beyond a very few within the scientific community, despite making some experiments now and then that showed electroculture works. You see, we are still trying to understand how it works. We are only at the stage of rediscovering what works and what doesn't, attempting to draw accurate conclusions. You may want to look for Yannick Van Doorne's channel. He is the current French specialist regarding electroculture. Very hands on guy and sharing frequently the results to his experiments. He has made a few videos in English, but at least, you'll get accurate info about electroculture from someone with experience. You may have fun too with magnets, Ighina and Fibonacci spirals, Lakhovsky coils, playing with various metals. The idea of electroculture is not so much that you don't need to fertilize. You can fertilize. But the postulate is that every nutrient is already in the soil. But the antenna will charge the soil and air around it, and facilitate the absorption of what the plant needs, from the soil and from the atmosphere. A dead soil can be revitalized. The Ighina spirals are the clearer example of antennas harnessing energy/electromagnetism from the Earth and from the cosmos. Not just atmospheric energy. You can take advantage of energy below ground, to grow root crops for instance, or favor atmospheric energy to grow trees, or do both.

I also went to Yannick Van Doorne for my scientific information. The French used electroculture for several centuries and documented it. You need to wind the copper clockwise from the top of the antenna in the Northern Hemisphere and anticlockwise in the Southern Hemisphere. Yes it just magnifies the natural process, making the environment around the antenna less oxidizing, hence a reduction in pests and diseases.

One thing the Viking dood is missing is that you want your antenas as high as you can make them. Every foot in heighth you go the more the energy being caotured and sent into the earth. Your little 1 foot antenaes will do a minimal of new growth. Make them 6'-10'

On our farm in Qld Australia, I dedicated a bed for electroculture. I used a 6m copper pipe cut in 2. I made antennas for each pole with pipe and a peice of wood in between. I had beetroots the size of softballs in 6 weeks. Roma tomatoes also 1 m tall and these were bushing toms . I didn’t have any poderoo damage or pest damage…unlike other parts of the farm that are eaten by pests.

Happy to see this video. We started putting in copper antennas throughout our gardens at the end of April. . I do have to say this is the first year ever for us that we didn't have to put row covers over our broccoli and cabbage. We normally have tons of white moths and so far only a few that we caught in a net. Our pepper plants we started indoors and moved outside with antennas are only about maybe 8 inches tall, bushy and just loaded with blossoms and peppers already. Normally we don't get peppers til late June or July . . All of our tomatoes in large barrels have antennas and already have tons of fruit and the ones in the ground have only a few just starting. Have one next to our rose bush and no aphids and the flowers are twice the size they where last year. Gonna make a few taller ones and place them in the longer raised beds and the fruit trees and berries. Hubby has been testing the areas with the antennas and we do get current from the soil to the antenna. Without the antenna we get a neg. reading using a multi meter. The no bug issue could also be the fact that the neighbors spray there yards for mosquitos and ticks and also spray there lawns for weed and bug control. We don't use any chemicals on our yard and let mother nature do her thing. We allow the good bugs to find us to take care of the bad bugs. All of our soil in the growing areas are well amended as well with our own compost which is full of chicken, duck and quail poo plus all our leaves, sticks, and bush trimmings as well as kitchen scraps and cardboard. I'll be happy with more fruit and veggies and healthier plants if this all works with the antennas.

I appreciate that you are testing this for yourself. I describe myself as "cautiously interested" in electroculture because there seems to be a lot of 'woo-woo' esoteric stuff mixed in with what I think is genuine scientific research. So I take it all with a grain of salt. The channel Theoria Apophasis has several videos dedicated to electroculture and magnetic seed exposure. He has an excellent video titled, "ELECTROCULTURE: How & Why it Works". Yannick van Doorne is another great resource- in his video called, "Electroculture Course 5 Copper coils Ighina Spirals Lakhovsky Oscillation Circuit Harmonizer" he details something called a Lakhovsky coil, basically a copper wire loop that is placed around the base or stem of a plant to increase yield.

Not to be weird... but I'm going to be weird. I developed some really strange health problems years ago, and went to several specialists who had no idea what was going on. They basically told me my symptoms weren't happening and this was impossible. I felt miserable. Desperate, I turned to 'woo woo esoteric stuff,' and to my surprise, it started healing me almost immediately. I am an educated man. I have a master's degree. I did not want to think outside the box or go against 'science.' It was the best thing that's ever happened to me. Completely changed my life.

Yannick talks about the copper wire being coiled clockwise for where we live, but he also mentions to point the tip due north. I’m also a newbie with electroculture, but I got some good results with starter plants on my windowsill. They were really struggling, I believe because of our Wi-Fi, but really took off when I used the coils and turned them to point North. It’s definitely something to test out. My long beans responded well to them. I’m looking forward to trying them out in my sweet potato grow bags. Having said that, Ive found that some of my plants don’t seem to respond any to them, so I may be doing something wrong.

I am in year 7 of gardening and I am trying electroculture this year for the first time. I am seeing an improvement in my garden; less pest, more growth. Of course it is difficult to say what is causing the improvement for sure. It could just be that I am learning more each year and that I have achieved enough variety to encourage beneficial bugs and birds to keep the pest under control. I wrap the wire the opposite direction around bamboo sticks because if you are looking down the pole from the bottom of the pole, that would be clockwise.

I saw a change in growth with antennas. My garden is more luxurious now. I even had a fig tree come back after having used an antenna. It quit growing and lost all leaves last year at the beginning of the hot weather in Texas. We had so many 100° days I was convinced it died. I actually took the antenna away and the next day a leaf appeared. I put another antenna back! I added crystals a week ago and again I got more. I had a Clematis Vine and must have picked up the wrong one after carefully searching for a live one. When I got home I had a dry stick with just nubbins at the bottom where roots used to be. Because I had already started with antennas I decided I would treat it as if it was viable. I began watering it and keeping my eye on it daily. I went out and got some crystals which is something that he speaks of. He said that volcanic rock would be good in the garden as well. I put the crystals around the garden and the day after I had done that I had leaves on that stick. I think that you will have good success on this.

Like rose quartz is associated with all types of love, obsidian is protection from negativity, etc. It was something that I had hopes of learning about but I've never had the chance. It seemed to me that if they focus energy then perhaps it would work in the garden. I'm sure you can get crystals ar rock shops too. These are oftentimes small crystals but you can get bigger ones. I decided that I would wrap them in copper and attach them to my various antennas. I did not have sticks that were straight enough from trees that had come down so I got bamboo poles from a wild bamboo stand. I was able to get those for free and I did not harvest any new or live poles. They can be considered invasive in some areas BTW. And I just wound my copper up the bamboo poles and put the antenna at the top. That was loose wire aiming at the sky. I chose to use loops of the copper wire. Because the antennas I put up were taller than I am I went ahead and put the crystals at a height I could reach. My antennas/bamboo average about 8 to 13 or 14' tall. The garden area is rectangular so I put one at each corner and two in the middle. I also put small ones next to some plants I hope to encourage to thrive.

I haven't tried electroculture myself yet, but my first thougts are: is it possible that the wobbling of the wire attracts more worms? We know that wormholes are good for plants to grow roots in. Plants with deeper roots grow better. Another possibility is that this experiment makes you more focussed on the health effects on your plants, that you watch them more often and give them more water and attention. That could also be an explenation of plants growing better during this experiment. Good luck with the experiment and I'm curious about your results.

I watched your vid on electroculture with interest and decided to try it out myself. I planted veggies in my yard, 11 plants of bok-choy, 11 plants of Swiss chard and 11 plants of endive, all in 15 liter/4 gallon pots. The soil in those pots is composed of 70% ground basalt rock and the rest peat moss. Since I live in Israel and we get no rain during the summer they are irrigated with a drip irrigation system that daily keeps the soil moist and I test the soils frequently with a moisture meter. In addition I have a fertilizer pump that delivers dilute 30-20-20 fertilizer to the plants in what is called “fertilgation” here. I diluted the fertilizer for these veggies according to directives of the Israel Ministry of Agriculture for vegetable farmers. For the antennas I obtained scrap 1.5 mm solid electrical wire from an electrician friend, I stripped the wire ends and wound the coils around a 1-inch piece of water pipe as a form and removed them from the coils. I placed the clockwise end into the ground as I saw his done on other electroculture websites. I placed 3 antennas in the bok-choy plants, 3 antennas in the Swiss chard pots and 3 in the endive pots. I then stuck 3 copper wires, ordinary copper wires without coils or antennas into the soil of other pots of bok-choy, endive and chard to see if the plants might respond to just a plain copper wire without the coil and antenna portion. Finally, I left 5 pots of the bok-choy, endive and chard without any copper wires of any sort to act as a control group. Now I am a farmer, an orchardist, of 40 years experience and today I grow blueberries and raspberries for commercial sale. I also have grown veggies in my back yard for years so I know what I’m doing in this respect. I also have 7 blueberry plants that were damaged by a break in an irrigation line. On another site about electroculture I learned that such antennas can help struggling plants revive and grow back better than normal, so I took 1.5 meter long bamboo poles and wound the antennas for 3 of them. I stuck them in the 3 pots of damaged blueberries with the remaining 4 pots acting as a control group. Two and a half months have passed since I set up all the antennas and copper wires. All my veggies are growing very well, growing optimally in fact. However, I regret to report that, among my veggies, there is no difference in growth among those pots with the antennas, the copper wires and the control groups. None whatsoever. All except for the damaged blueberry bushes are growing very very well. As far as my damaged blueberry plants there is also no difference at all between the plants with the antennas and the control groupwithout. All those 7 blueberry bushes are still struggling to regrow just as they were before I installed the antennas. Thank you for your informative growing method but it didn't work in my case.

The principles of bio dynamic farming are somewhat similar to that in as much as the emphasis is on energy with their preparations. They do not neglect fertility but the preparations are applied in such relatively small amounts that it has nothing to do with how many minerals or other elements are present. The focus is on energy, very much like homeopathy. I read some years ago about how paramagnetic minerals stimulated plant growth because plants are supposedly diamagnetic and therefore benefit from opposite ends of the spectrum of energy working together.

I used a coil, the plants did less than the non-coiled and needed more water. I tried planting pennies with seeds (another claim), and there was no difference. Most of these "ancient" or "unknown" methods just don't work. One friend made a suggestion that I think might be why I see no results and why others do. He said it is much like a "sugar pill" in that if you believ it'll work then you'll subconsciously give the plant with the coils just a little more fertilizer, a little more water, etc. to where the coil plants do fantastically better. By the same token, if you feel it doesn't work, you'll subconsciously see it not work because you'll water a d fertilize less. Still, I appreciate the idea of experimentation. A gardener should experiment.

But, however, the pots are approx. +50v (atmospheric volts) above "ground". Although ground is relative, your house does use 1 or more grounding rods at least 6 ft deep. Thus, the copper coil rods should be several feet below ground... and as far away from the house, or any other grounding rods, as possible to be effective. Please take note and let us know if the effect is greater the further away from the house.

The concept of electroculture is actually pretty old. I recall reading an article in the late 90s talking about and showing pictures of pine trees in California that sprouted naturally like their neighbors, however they were a few feet above a buried high power line. They grew faster, thicker and survived droughts like nothing else. Other fun science fact: The air has electricity flowing thru it. The higher you go, the more voltage. It's 100v for every 1 meter. However, were talking micro amps (1 millionth). You gain amps by using pointed needles at the top which have a special way of guiding electrons down the line (I'm not an expert lol). It's a combination of height, size, wire thickness and types of metals used. I suspect you will not see any significant results. Especially if any of the containers have no contact and thus aren't grounded to be able to pass the current thru. Best of luck though!!!

To this I'd add, just because *you* don't know about it, doesn't mean the information has been kept from you. I find it extremely hard to believe this could be successful and has not been done by a culture somewhere in the world for hundreds or thousands of year. They might not even know why, but if it worked, it would have been discovered and the knowledge passed on well before now. Have you looked into bokashi? Came across the idea today that not removing the leach actually speeds up the fermentation process. Would be interesting to see an experiment of leach drained off vs leach left in, to see if this was true.

The first point of doubt: "no need for the use of pesticides, manure, or fertilizers"-I don't know about electroculture, but Joseph Lofthouse is one of others who do just that, not using electoculture, but by selecting for plants that grow-and grow very well-in their soil and climate without any amendments or -cides, except watering as needed, not even doing anything to fight pests at all. Lofthouse opts to water one inch of water once a week. But that could differ. From corn, to squash, to lettuce, to tomatoes, and everything: create a local landrace. Takes about three years when starting with a mix of different kinds of seeds, let them cross at will, and plant the seeds that succeed. Also, the Hopi, and probably many others, traditionally plant without amending or even watering: see "Dr. Michael Kotutwa Johnson - "Continuity of Hopi Agriculture" - July 9, 2020", at the 14 : 15 mark. Due to water variation from year to year, the Hopi do traditionally grow enough for 3-5 years so a failed year is not a devastating event. The key is to select for plants that grow in your conditions. Not that adding nutrients don't potentially provide some degree of benefit or value or different results, but, they are not necessary if developing plants to fit the land rather than changing the land to fit the plants. You may prefer or like or in some specific scenario need to amend (wanting to grow a specific variety you love, as an example, that requires amending) , but in my study and early application of Joseph Lofthouse's work, this approach is a beautiful freedom from some of the effort put into growing things. If interested, don't go all in, but keep doing your usual methods on most of your garden as you create local landrace seeds with part of your land. Because you will likely have many things only limp along in year one, year two gets better, year three is usually the magic year when you've got your landrace developed. However, different reasons may delay things. For example, I tried for two years planting in a row of ground that just struggled both years, almost nothing worked in that strip, so it seems something about that strip was just broken-I mean, beans that thrive everywhere else I plant them on my property just died or limped along-maybe my neighbor's herbicide a foot away on the other side of the fence, I don't know. Generally, though, the method works, and if you're interested, worth a trial run on a piece of your garden.

Apart from there, probably is not enough copper to roll that out on a general basis. Interestingly, in professional sports, bio-feedback (essentially electromagnetic oscillators) has been used since the nineteen sixties to speed up healing of breaks and muscle injuries. That would be easy to set up using far less copper from a sharing a single oscillator and use a little solar panel for your energy. High energy levels are nor required for this process, and the electrical side is fairly simple and cheap. There are plenty of YT vids showing how to construct bio feedback generators.

When a "scientific paper" starts by telling you Chi, Prana, Life Force and that good old Aether are different names for the same things, you know it's gonna be fun. For those who don't really know Science's History : Aether (or Ether) was believed to be the fifth element since the ancient greeks to the middle ages, after which it slowly shifted during the 17-18th centuries towards "that invisible and intangible matter that we don't really know what it is, but that holds everything together". It became increasingly prevalent in the late 19-20th century as scientists were attempting to understand the nature of light. Some preeminent ones were even convinced it was "the last real unknown in physics" after which everything in the world would be known. The fact that Aether fitted quite well and the knowledge of the time, like making lots of equations work, explaining how light and electromagnetic waves could travel through space and air, ... Until the arrival of special relativity and 1887's Michelson-Morley experiment that started to show that Aether did not exist the way it is thought, which led Alber Einstein to his 1905's Theory of Special Relativity. So basically Aether is now either a historical/mythological element in a cool fantasy book, or a century-old-proven-wrong theory.

So l think that in an undisturbed natural soil/setting the plants indeed will act as the antenna, but l think with our disturbed/depleted soils the copper antenna might actually make up for loss of the natural cycle.. ie: some say that adding crushed rock to soil aids in electro conductivity.. this might have been broken up by years of tilling and basicly destroying soil structure, who knows, maybe the loss of mycelium may also contribute to a lesser electric conductivity between plants and earth..? Anywho, thanks for running the experiment, if l get my hands on some copper wire l’ll be running some experiments as well.. 🙏

We can augment, add, arrange, amplify. For copper wire to amplify the nature growth process it does not require for nature to have done it. Humans as nature can add and arrange copper wire to amplify natural forces. Copper is already present, we than are augmenting the quantity present. I say this whether electroculture is true or not. I used it as the relevant topic to articulate a principle/framework of thought. P.s. I studied with a man who build field broadcasters which are more advanced than what I’ve seen from electro culture. It worked

@@jasonmorin667 i am very open to new ideas. in fact i have the exact opposite problem which is that there is not a subject that i come across that i cannot delve in and learn. this is why i have more degrees than anyone else i know of and i am also a huge diyer and am certified or highly skilled at just about anything you can think of. i make and fix everything i use. i am busy learning and have been all my life. i do not, however, have time to waste on things that are clear quackery. if you have time... play all you want. i put this topic along with perpetual motion machines and power generators. if you know nothing of how our universe functions, you may think some of this might work but with even the tiniest bit of knowledge you see how laughable the whole thing is. i am not negative. i have built a wonderful and resilient orchard / garden / wild life habitat / oasis out of a very poor land and have been generating most of my food for decades. there is only one way to make a resilient garden... improve the soil. every other magic trick is pure unadulterated bs and i have no time for it. and primarily, i find it offensive to have this crap on this channel which is one of my favorites because it focuses on balance with nature.

Does it have to be copper? Because silver wire is much better conductor then copper.

have been gardening since I was little, I'm 66 now. I have pictures, I have a history, of being a pretty good gardener. In theory, if I adapt the principles of Electroculture, I should do better than my history, yes? They claim, double, and even triple the harvests!! I am planning to do like I have always done, but add the principles of Electroculture. Starting today, with my second planting of potatoes, I am adding cooper coils to my rows. Earlier, I dug 60lbs of potatoes. I should expect at 2 to 3 times that this fall. I call BS, but we shall see.
