IF you've checked the soda lime , looked at the flows and fiters , changed the circuitry and bags and you still find a leak , have another look at rhe soda lime canisters seal because sometimes tiny grains find there way underneath it and get overlooked as it looks absolutely fine from the outside. This happened to me after exhausting all ideas. The medical physics fellow(God) found the problem and said it was common on some designs of the refilable canisters. So watch out for the hidden cat shit grit under the seal giving you unacceptable amounts of circuit leakage... ( a "skilled" assistant)
