Umm!! Ok it’s a nice enough house it is but where’s the bar and the wine room? Where’s the theater the outdoor kitchen and a few more things I haven’t mentioned since this is “BuckHead”.. Well know what it probably doesn’t matter much just because it is BuckHead somebody’s gonna buy it with or without those things I mentioned regardless best believe that.. So keep the ball rolling..
This piece of trash for $4m? Atlanta has to do better seriously. Realtors wants to make so much money from real estate but don’t want to put in the work. They label everything luxury.
I agree 💯. Have viewed much nicer home in Mc Donough. I'm not familiar with Georgia areas as I'm viewing from California. Seem as though the price tag is based on area and not home I have heard the Buckhead is a prestigious area. Whom lives in this area , Celebrities? Usually don't watch videos of home with this asking price as the home is beyond my limit of 1 million. Will continue to watch because I'm curious to view all the bells and whistle I'm assuming this home has
Update as I have finished watching. I agree with you even more as this home is mediocre. Based. The home in Mc Donough was four sided brick , 5 bedroom and bathrooms ,In law suite had sitting area , finished basement with apartment potential., etc. The backyard in Mc Donough was humongous with nice covered deck , pool with waterfall and outdoor kitchen etc. the beautiful home was 800K and of course home sold quickly as home was a masterpiece. I definitely think Buckhead is about prestige. Also before I forget to mention the home in Mc Donough had a lake, OH my god , Jesus take the wheel is what I said when I saw the lake. Buckhead home has to many spiral stairs indoors and out for my liking. Moving to Georgia soon and looking for my forever home
