I trance run..... my pace becomes like a metronome so I just fall into a smooth pace. At 6'2" I have long legs so I setup and zone out. I change the speed depending on the beat of the tune, an hour or two and I'm feeling it. Not as tasty as beer but..... I don't like the gut keg I carry around every day. So I'm doing something about it, 3 months in and feeling a hell of a lot better, the keg is emptying. I also have a heavy manual labour job so a gym isn't needed.... and my waistline has shrunk....along with my moobs. Still have a full english though.

I’ve been listening to this music genre since 2012, but since this song came out… this song was with me during family trips in southern Italy, with my friends at my home or outside, it was always with me.
