bummer to hear about your stay experience. from the outside the hotel looks good! great amenities with the kitchen & breakfast but the cleanliness of your room.. 😬 appreciate your honesty. thanks for sharing ✨
There’s so much to like about this hotel, especially as you say, an international visitor who will stay for longer. However, cleanliness is a must for me and I’ve left other hotels for having a dirty room.
Nice to hear they didn't charge you extra for having to cut your trip short. So sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience at this one but we really appreciate your honest review. Cleanliness is sooo important to me in a hotel, the hair and dirty bedding in the pull out couch is sooo gross and I'm so sorry they were a bit rude about it too, wow. I'm with Crystal too, that shower floor is really gross. It does look like a good variety of food though. But they would immediately lose me on the cleanliness haha. Awesome review you guys!!
I think we figured out what was going on with that bathroom floor. We stayed at a Hilton property this week and it has a similar issue. It looked as though the floor was trapping soap scum. Thank you for watching!
Oh wow! We like both hotels! Not sure if you have watched our Cambria video, but we had the suite, with two queens in one room and a living area and kitchenette in the other room. We remember that room being very clean. It was also very quiet in the room with the beds because it was separated from the door to the hallway. Both hotels have a nice included breakfast. Cambria’s breakfast room can get a bit crowded and chaotic. The waffle machines were the most crowded. The lines move fast for the other hot food. Cambria is further away from the parks. But it is located near a lot of food options. Cambria shares a parking lot with a Starbucks, habit burger, and jersey mikes sandwiches. There is an ART stop right next to the Cambria that you can use if you don’t want to walk. We would walk to the Disney Toy Story parking lot and use the free shuttles to Disneyland. One other thing we really liked about the room at Cambria was there are two showers. It made getting ready a lot faster for our family of 4. Plus, not sure if you have kids, but the water park at Cambria looks amazing as well! If you will have car, the parking and resort fee at the Cambria can add up fast. We would stay at both again. And don’t blame you at all for bringing cleaning products! Please reach out if you have any other questions and have a fantastic trip!!
Wow ... when we were looking for our next trip, Element was quite a bit more expensive than Westin! Gotta keep those bad boys clean! Oh well ... SunCoast here we come!
That is shocking but you do get a much bigger room at the Element and that included breakfast. We know a lot of families that have three kids and they are always looking for places like the Element so they don't have to book two hotel rooms. Thanks for watching!
We just stayed at a Hilton property with the same kind of shower floor and it was also dirty looking. We think it’s soap scum. Hopefully these hotels figure out a better way to clean the shower floors! Thank you for watching. ☺️
@@BestShootermanUbz we really enjoy the Suncoast. We have a friend that stays there exclusively. The Element offers a variety of room types for larger families who need more space. Thank you for watching.
