The Reedy program card makes a huge difference in that start up. I’ve ran it in my ifs swapped enduro and it’s pretty cool. Love the vids man! ✌🏼

The noise from the rear wheels is normal. I have had my enduro trailwalker for many months and it’s had that noise since I have had it. I’m pretty sure it’s the hex tapping into the metal end of the axle

Great choice now you can get good electronics.. Element rigs comes with great motors but I don’t like the esc

I just got Gatekeeper RTR about 2 weeks ago & I'm digging it myself. A bit more heavy then Echto up top, exocaged in all. Lol

I have the forerunner and wish this radio had the steering closer ,its a long stretch wearing gloves for one handed winter driving, might drop my trailhoncho radio set into it( installing a dumborc into the axial to control all my lights )

Hey Exo Joe! Another fine presentation, Thanks! I just got my Ecto about an hour ago in the mail. First thing I did was check the rear wheels to see if they had some play. Unfortunately, yes they do. I'd really like to get rid of that, without causing any binding. I'd sure appreciate any tips you may have. I like the Rig alright, but something like that on a brand new Rig is NOT good! Makes me think....does Horizon have anything to do with this??? Thanks for all your content, love your channel!

The axle noise (clicking), is a common Element thing. I even tried shimming but it just causes binding.

Hey bud been a while. But this thing looks awesome. I had to sell all my rigs to move cross country. But I think this maybe a good new one to get with a tf2

Mount the shocks where the sway bar is at on trailing arm to kick those shocks back more and mount the sway bar on axle where shocks would mount if it had the links, and that will lower the truck and eliminate the torque twist . I also went with 70 wt shock oil and no spring in front , shocks mounted upside down where you would mount a body post , that lowered the front and this thing crawls insane . Just got the gate keeper and after these mods it’s staying stock . Thing is insanely capable

I like this!!! I wonder if you could put a 2850kv slate or 3800kv slate, mamba x or Holmes hobbies puller pro in it & make kinda of a rock racer/crawler? Those rear trailing arms makes ma wanna race it lol!!!

Pull that motor out, drop in a fusion 1800, swap in a 78t Spur an a 26t pinion and Bam! You got a near perfect crawler. Can't wait to see this up against the SV2.

As it sits SV2 will eat it’s lunch, easily. But this is box stock and SV2 is custom build so this has a lot more to mod and make better.

I have the gatekeeper 32kg jx servo 1800kv infusion and I put green springs on the front blue springs with a pen spring mod on the rear 45 weight oil in the back 30 in the front and 25% overdrive in it side crawls really well on some good angles to have hustlers with soft foams 1.9tyres and wheel with boom racing high mas rims it works really well paired up wi2h the noble nb4 radio,also put extreme RC 4x4 low pro shock mounts and servo and battery tray mounts so I can get and use a full size lipo in it to

My ecto looks stucking shaft on front axle. Not smooth while push the throttle and the same time turn the steering to left and right. Can u help about this?

I’m considering the Enduro 2 builders kit but I’d like the gatekeeper rear suspension and add green springs to soften it up. Has anyone done that and how much is the gatekeeper suspension. It appears you have to buy 3 sets of parts totaling about $40. Probably better to get the Reefs sway bar set?

I bought the program card and it made a big difference. Lowered the start up rate & powered down the reverse. Upped the punch level a little bit. I agree it's not as good as the 1080s I have but for 10 bucks the program card cost it was a good upgrade if you plan to use the stock esc for a little bit.

Hey just wondering if anybody could help me out with a better solution for steering for an x-maxx the steering sucks and I don't want to spend $100 on a Traxxas upgrade if that's going to be garbage as well

The traxxas servo is the same but with metal gears from what I understand, that kit comes with a stronger saver spring so there is a benefit to that. The Xmaxx servo can get over 450oz of pulling power so it’s not weak, the saver is the weak part. Some local guys use the traxxas servo adaptor and a Reefs Raw500 and they like it.

I have a box stock redcat GEN8 that I’ve only ran a couple of times on a 2S lipo, do you think it could handle 3S?
