I make a point to ignore critics. Who has the right to say whats good and whats not? Everyone has their own view. I watched it and loved it! Its a sweet movie that had me more emotional than I expected. 😊

I can understand why people wouldn't like this movie. Because Element city goes by a rule that Elements, "can not mix" which is how some people in society say we can't date different elements/races of people. I'm not 100% sure what to think, but If I ever do get the chance, I'll consider watching it.

@@Aneliusehe only complaint I’ve seen is the exact opposite actually. People are sick of movies trying to make allegories that don’t work about real-life issues. Fire and water as a mixed-race couple metaphor doesn’t work because those elements will literally kill each other. Real life mixed race couples aren’t fundamentally incompatible on a molecular level, so the comparison falls flat. As a mixed race person whose parents were shunned for being of different races, this film feels like shallow pandering to me. I’d rather it didn’t try to do the interracial couple thing

@@thatpeskyrat agreed. honestly, it would just be nicer if fantasy movies werent constantly pumped full of real life political references. As for the mixed ethnicity (not race ;-) ), i hope you guys are doing well. I wish that wasnt a problem were i live. It couldve saved me from decades of heartache.

I saw this movie just a few days earlier, i didn't expect something special but i really liked this movie! Our teenagers must to learn how the true love seems and how important to respect our parents, and how important to speak with them about our feelings and thoughts)

i couldnt care less. what i hope for, is that my impression after watching it in motion is wrong. because oh boy, not a fan of the animation, voice acting or even the dialogue. was hoping for more the diferent attracts, and less fish out of water. but it really do seem pretty bland and generic.
