Just going to say, for a simple CPT like "case studies", this is a super fast way of getting the job done :) A page with this with a single post template and you're good to go!

Excellent overview Paul... I picked up UAE some time ago, but have not really used it much. This post widget certainly opens some nice options. Shame it's still limited with no access to custom META data.

Hi Paul, great video, the pros/cons review at the end is REALLY useful - please continue to use that in videos! It would be cool if this plugin could be combined with elementor custom skin, that way you can get skin building AND post filtering options 🤔

Hi, this video helped a lot to get my head around the UAE posts widget quickly. I was wondering whether there is a way to use multiple tags to filter the posts.

Hi Paul, the "Filterable Tabs" setting does not appear on my end when I select "Classic" as skin, "Grid" as layout and "Main Query" as Query type. Do you think it could have something to do with the fact that I use Flexbox containers? It only appears when I select "Custom Query" which is not useful for me. I've noticed with other UAE modules that they doesn't work well with Flexbox containers yet.

I much prefer the UAE Posts widget to the Elementor one. However I wish it was possible to choose a custom skin/loop.

Hi there, have you been able to use this widget on an Archive page design - if possible I'd like to use it if there is a way to set the category to be 'self" or basically the category of the page itself.

Great thanks Paul ! I now understand the use of Main Query (I didn't quite understand it from the developer's video). One question though, what's exactly the "Post Filter' Item on the menu ? How is it implemented ? Did I overlook something ? Many thanks anyway.

That's just the name I gave the page with the original Posts widget on. I simply created a menu entry for it to demonstrate the Query types. 🤘

I am missing an important feature: filter by hierarchy. For example filter all pages that are nested under the actual one (with parent_id) or an own filter query. Will that be added?

Hi Paul, thanks for another tutorial. Just a question though: do you think this widget from UAE is a better solution than the Elementor Custom Skin plugin for posts loops? I'm having some difficulty filtering posts in a design I'm working on and, based on your tutorial, I'm thinking that UAE has a better support for that. Hope to hear back from you.

As long as you don't need to create a custom design for your loop items it could be a better option. If you need custom loop design though, this won't work.

Sorry once more Päul. There's still something I don't understand in the Main Query Option. How is the user supposed to know that by clicking on the Category label then all the posts related to this particular category will be displayed ? I sure must have overlooked something.
