The extra wide seat base is nice for crossing my legs or sitting on it non-traditionally. The height of the back is perfect for me (I am 5'5") and my neck aligns to the neck pillow as it was designed. I have amazon Prime and the chair came in about 3 days. It was delivered in its own box (and there was no option to put it in an Amazon one). The box was very well packaged with lots of foam and cardboard pieces holding everything in place and every piece was wrapped in plastic.

looks good, quality of materials is acceptable. Easy to assemble. But It's not comfortable to sit on, and the chair with the gas lift cylinder is welded together and can’t rock
