Mods i’m using and Love (only been playing game 2 days) 1: Upright freezers 2: Smart pocket Boxes 3: No overwriting labels 4: Pallets display 5: Refill storage 6: Store Delivery 7: Rack sorter 8: Checkout theme Will deffo download Better Cashiers as god they are slow!! What i tend to do is Have “shelve” stuff in storage and bulk buy, but buy fresh fridge/freezer stuff daily (then fill myself as these don’t automatically go into storage. I don’t want to feel like i’m “cheating” but at same time some mods are very helpful!
my favorite mod, that I use on the regular is the one that keeps track of inventory. My store is relatively big now, I’m level 27, so I have at least half of a dozen product licenses, three restock, and then close to getting my third cashier. I get a lot of customers a day, and make about $4500 per shift, so stuff sells out rather quickly, it can be, very convenient to be able to keep track of things. Definitely must have, once your store gets big enough.
with the auto price updater mod i look at it as its now electronical price labels that is being updated at night when the store is closed :) make it a but more realistic in my eyes :D
I'd be careful with using mods... I had a few and then this past weekend my save file got corrupted. Which means I lost my level 60 store and now have to start over. 80 hours deep and it's depressing. All because they changed how the game now saves through the steam cloud and every time you manually save it overwrites. So, don't be like me, BACK UP YOUR GAME FILES.😮💨
One of the number 1 mods that I recommended is a game save mod. I highly recommend getting it. Although I have never lost a file. It's great to be able to make multiple game saves
For the Auto Price Updater, can I adjust it so it's 10 cents over market or will it just do market? Not that it matters, just wondering! Mods I plan on using since I'm still begginner-ish: - Better Cashiers - Better Save System - EZ Delivery - Smart Pocket Boxes - Stock Manager - Maybe the Pallets Display Again I'm still beginner, gonna use these for now!!
The method I use is the rounding. I set it to round up to the nearest 25 cents. This seems to be a sweet spot. I hardly ever get complaints about prices
@@2CentsPlus ok thx. Is there anything you recommend for beginners such as myself. I haven't unlocked the storage unit yet, because I want to save for some racks also!
@@michaelclark2022 i think i have a few video on a few tips and tricks and things I have learned. you picked a good set of starter mods to work with also. i think you should be fine for now. maybe if I catch you during a stream you can pick my brain then
@@2CentsPlus LOL "Pick my brain!' Thx for the tips/mods. I'm even using the snap furniture mod from one of your other videos. You just gained a sub! ❤️❤️
Delivery organizer keeps them nice and neat and allows you to press tab so send all items to empty slots. EZ Delivery allows you to auto send things you buy(as long as there is room) or individually send a box in you had with 1 button. Both cover all bases so no matter the scenario sending boxes to storage is easier. Bulk or individual :). That's my rationale at least lol
@@2CentsPlus I get the single box you're holding option, that's great. But I don't understand organizing in stacks when you can send direct to shelves instead of stacking at all. I've been using EZ delivery forever just to send right to storage, skipping the stacking phase. I mean to each their own for sure I just don't see the need for stacking at all.
@@Duurti it's situational honestly it really just comes down to what I'm doing at the moment. It's hard to explain. Maybe I'll see you on one of the streams. I can show better than tell lol
Hello, So I download some mods, But when I was in game all my shelfs are gone but not my food in the stock, And it's says on the computer 0 but there is some in the stock, It's kinda weird I don't know how to solve this.
@@Gregory27 If you have on any Mods at all that are furniture based That includes the pallet mod or any mods that alter shelves or freezers get rid of them. This should help fix the problem
Had this happen last night everything in my store was gone. The bigger freezer mod was what did it I deleted the mod got back on and all my stuff was back lol
sorry guys but i really want to know, please answer, i'm new at this.. is mods legal? is this developer update but in another type? i want to try, but i already spent 250 hours in this game, i'am done buying everything in this game, it's basicly ending, and i dont want my saved game getting banned because of mods. so.. is this save? is this legal? i want to try but i'm scared
Mods are fantastic for so many reasons, let me name a few here for you. It allows others to fix games or offer alternatives to game breaking bugs or patch something the devs didn't do for whatever reason. In this type of game think of it as adding in a new system to a store, auto price updated (some stores do this now with automated tabs), tracker's or NPS allows to you to keep up with supply and demand as well as gives you an update on what you have in your inventory (like a real store would), etc etc etc etc there are so many reasons to use mods. You can have opinion, no matter how wrong it is.
