@@jyotishmannath1830 this is the authentic dab chingri only. It depends on the availability of lobster. That's why sometimes in bengali restaurants the cook make it with lobster sometimes with prawns. Zafrani lobster is quite different from authentic dab chingri.
It is really nice to see that you include your father in you videos. The 90s generation needs to understand that our parents are getting older day by day and all they need is our company, love and care. Glad to see you spending time with your dad.

I have been living here in Boston for 27 years with my family now! that too in my own house and in every alternative year I go to Kolkata as we have Pujo in our ancestral house. Never thought of living in Boston is a big deal ! And I hail from Bullygunj place. But living abroad does not change mentality of some aborigines from the slums.....They ascribe their past to others to glorify their present ! You are really a disgust personified .....and see you are discussing progress of the state! I understand living abroad is a big thing for people like you considering the actual family strata ...but the plight is that you need to flaunt that to claim the credibility ! Any further discussion with people like you is below dignity and I am not gonna do that....
I love the fact that this guy is crazy about Indian food. I thought his love for Indian food would reduce once he reached back to his hometown.But no it's still intact or rather increased now that his dad is equally involved with him in trying indian food in US. Love your work mate , keep it up
Born and bought up in India...learning some new Indian food, I have never heard of. Noodles?? In all honesty this is American Indian food. Glad you enjoyed! Please come to India, for genuine food and experience some awesome hospitality.😊
Also, I enjoy that you share with your father. My father passed away in 2012. He turned me on to Vietnamese food that year. Throughout my life he has turned me on to lots of foods, especially Asian. When I first tried Indian food, I offered some to him, but he wasn't feeling well. I really miss him.
I miss my dad....I wouldn't eat till he ate and he wouldn't till in had my meal..... Everyday.. breakfast, lunch... I would eat dinner in office.... But always called him and asked if he has had his dinner... I miss u my old man....

The dishes are transient from the Desi food that we have and some of them are the contemporary one so whoever the cook is I can say that the man is a cooking genius and he has his share of experience with food. Really liked the video
Dear David, naan , roti, phuka, chapathi, kulcha, etc.. Are types of flat bread and it can be combined with such variety of gravy and chunks of something like paneer Or chicken or whatever. Rice also can be combined with same like flat bread but if u happen to order spicy rice then mingle it with mild gravy and if plain rice then mingle it with spicy gravy. Here u go.
